The capaNCDT CST6110 is a capacitive rotation speed sensor system for counting tasks and rotational speed measurements of any type. The industrial measuring system consists of a dust proof, water tight controller and a compact sensors which can be integrated in confined spaces. The rotation speed sensor is used in centrifugal test benches, balancing machines, generators and engines, as well as shafts and drives. The CST6110 detects and counts blades, gearwheels and nubs with the highest precision and stability even in dusty, oily environments.

The miniature pressure transducer M5 takes its name from the fine M5 thread at the sensor head that makes it possible to take measurements in places which are difficult to access and in narrow pipelines. Together with its ability to measure media at temperatures of up to 180 °C in a dynamic range from 0 to 50 kHz, this makes it ideally suited to measurements on engine test benches.

For the detection of NO and H2S an EDL (electrodeless gas discharge lamp) is used. A combination of both technologies (UVRAS & UVLEDs) allows simultaneous gas analysis of NO, NO2 and SO2 in the lower ppm range, which is particularly important in flue gas analysis (CEM)2. EOL test stand for e-charging columns and their power electronics for the simulation of different electrical loads and mains fluctuations. The test stand has automatic contacting and achieves high test throughputs in end-of-line operation. Different variants of the power electronics of electric charging columns can be tested. On the software side, Merecs Engineering relies on NI-LabVIEW and NI-TestStand.

The MP Computer is a comfortable, comprehensive and easy-to-handle evaluation, display and control unit for different types of engine test beds. Its clear and ergonomic arrangement fascilitates the work with the test bed. Desired loads can be adjusted quickly and easily. Specialists are not required. Many optional additional functions increase enlarge the comfort of the MP Computer. Maintaining permanent accuracy of torque measurement is facilitated by a semi-automatic calibration routine. Existing engine/motor test beds can be modernized by an MP Computer.
