Airclaening system ACS

Mobile module with integrated air exhaust technique and circulating-air cleaning. Design CNS 18/10, niche for table top devices (available separately). On left and right side of the niche a control panel with on/off switch and main sockets (2 on each side - 2 x 230V and 2 x 400 V). On each side an extension made of CNS with cutouts for GN-containers (3x GN1/6 and 2x GN2/8). Removable threepart splash guard,on guest side made of safety glass (ESG). 2 high performance grease separators with grease collection trays. Cleaning of odors with patented plasma technology in combination with activated charcoal filters.

With flexible edge extraction. Operation selectable: left, right or both sides. 2 sockets on each side – 2 x 230 V and 2 x 400 V. With consistently welded niche for two or three Multi-Line 65 devices (on-site). Mobile on 4 castors (2 lockable). Incl. front sided glass splash guard, extensions with cutouts on both sides and GN-insets. Vapors are extracted on three sides and passed through the patented ACS – circulating air system. High performance grease separators (100 % flame arresting) are installed in left and right side walls along with two removable grease collection trays. The substructure contains low-noise radial fans. Cleaning odors with patented plasma technology in combination with activated charcoal filters. The ACS meets the requirements of VDI 2052 and is TÜV-certified to DIN EN 60335. Furthermore all components meet DIN, VDE, GS and TÜV.

Lamp shade made of aluminium, silver-coloured anodized, black, copper-black or white plastic laminated. Diameter 150 mm. With helix cable, continuously variable from 850 – 1700 mm. Including 250 W-infrared radiator white light. Rosette 100 mm, black. Casing with on-off switch.

Insulated cooling basin and neon-lighting, without cooling aggregate, for crushed-ice.
