Designed for cleaning the crust, with an adjustable depth level based on the result you want to obtain. For the grater: performs a deep and particularly thorough cleaning. For sale in slices or pieces: performs a lighter cleaning, without excess waste. It cleans about 350/400 wheels of Parmigiano Reggiano type cheese per day. Electro-pneumatic machine, powered at 380V. Supplied complete with: Loading and unloading roller conveyor (6 forms of Parmesan type cheese and grana both in entry and in exit). Carter for the complete protection of the machine.
