We adapt the products to the requirements of our customers and therefore always find the optimal solution. Optimised for the specified axle load of various base vehicles, our focus is always on the quality of the products, in order to guarantee lasting use of the sweeping containers. We are happy to provide individual and detailed advice in this segment.

The production of high-performance suction and pressure containers is also one of our competences. We create individual solutions here, which are tailored to the challenge. We manufacture suction/pressure containers with a max. dia. of 2,500 mm and a length of 14,000 mm for commercial vehicles used as municipal vehicles. The following materials are used here: S235JR, S355GH, P265GH steel and 1.4301, 1.4571 stainless steel. With material thicknesses of at least 3 mm to a maximum of 8 mm depending on material selection, we cater for the individual customer requirements in production. We are a TÜV-certified welding company in accordance with AD 2000 datasheet HP-0 / TRD 201 and DIN ISO 3834-2 with TÜV-certified welders in accordance with DIN EN ISO 15614-1.

With the manufacture of compacting containers for use in municipal vehicle construction, decades of expertise and know-how go into the implementation of every product. In accordance with the requirements, we implement the container manufacture and, if the customer requests it, take over both internal coating and external painting. The production range includes volume-optimised 37 – 43 m³ vehicle bodies.
