COPIER MACHINERY - solid, sharp, state-of-the-art

Copier Machinery manufactures compact, versatile, and easy to install modular concept clamping devices. They clamp the workpiece concentric with high precision and high repeatability. The clamping process is faster and with constant pressure with Copier’s clamping devices. Special jaw sets are used depending on the workpiece diameter, size, and shape to assure proper clamping of the workpiece. The clamping devices distinguish itself in outstanding reliability and are designed for the roughest production procedures. Copier’s clamping devices are easy to integrate into manufacturing lines and are available in manual, pneumatic, and hydraulic versions. Diameters vary from 5 mm up to 410 mm (0.2" – 16").

Copier Machinery offers drive rolls and groove rolls for 0.75” – 24” pipes or tubes. The drive and groove rolls are easy to install, and provides a perfectly grooved pipe repeatedly.

Copier Machinery manufactures roller benches up to 12-meter length, specifically for pipe roll grooving applications. Steel ball transfer units are placed on the bench allow a pipe to move and turn to support the roll grooving application perfectly. Grooving roller benches are electrically height-adjustable and scalable upon special requirements.

Our solution is the RTL (Rotating Tool Lathe), which machines in the opposite way: the tube is fixed and the tool is rotating. It speeds up the set-up process and allows you to machine round workpieces up to OD 323 mm. The most important feature of the RTL series is accuracy. While RTL Z is capable of finishing a workpiece between IT8 and IT10, RTL ZX can achieve even better accuracy that is between IT7 and IT9.
