The glass lifting device is an innovative solution for unloading, loading, transport, and fitting glass. One person can transport a glass panel weighing 80 kg. The device can be easily assembled and disassembled – it only weighs 35 kg. It has large 13 inch wheels which allow it to move on uneven surfaces. The wheelbase can be adjusted, which enables it to pass through doors and move on narrow pavements.

Under remote control panes can be manoeuvred in up to 4 axes and set safely and easily in any height and position, even with an up to 300 kg load. Fitted with cable remote control.

Our original Heavydrive glass transport wagons are easily collapsible and can be assembled again using only a few grips. Our special heavy load models with a lifting capacity of up to 1,000kg are secure due to a low centre of gravity, they guarantee optimal anti-slip security and can be adapted to different pane sizes. The new “AIR” product line uses pneumatic tyres for highly shock-absorbing transportation and is suitable for all terrain, including moving over paved surfaces. We have developed and manufactured these wagons and can manufacture custom requests to meet your demands!

Our assembly lifts are ingenious - with a max. lift height of 7.9 m, it helps to safely manoeuvre loads of up to 500 kg. One of the decisive advantages of this assembly lift is that, during glass pane assembly, the vacuum suction cups can be driven to the facade without problems, as Heavydrive uses counter weights. With conventional lifts, for exhibition stand construction or sound engineering, the lifting carriage is underneath the lifted object. With our models, this would be disruptive. Last but not least, this practical all-rounder is folded by hand and, if needed, even fits into a car. It is hand driven and therefore requires hardly any servicing. Movable under a load of 500 kg.

Counterweight system for suction units with a bearing load of over 1000 kg. Secure mounting under protrusions of up to 1.5 m. Can be hitched onto any construction tower or truck crane.

These devices are suitabele for transportigng heavy loads of up to 1300 kg, overcoming obstacles such stairs, ramps and tailboards. Also for loads containing liquids such as fridges & co. Heavy loads (such as switch an server abinets, safes, boilers, parts of mchinery and systems, etc.) can therefore be delivered down or up stairs, even by a single person.

These extremely long and thin panes require special suction systems. Heavydrive® offers these suction systems in a wide range of sizes and loading capacities.
