The PurMop® EC40 single-use mop comprises a cleaning layer made from a robust polyester knit with special structure. This enables a good pick-up ability for regular contamination as well as an even fluid distribution with disinfectants on all types of cleanroom floors. Available in non-sterile (EC40) and sterile (EC40-S) version.

PurMop® EF40 single-use mop comprises a specially developed microfiber looped cleaning pile made from 80 % polyester-microfiber and 20 % polyester . This innovative disposable mop stands out through its superior cleaning ability and a good price-performance ratio. It offers an effective and safe alternative to reusable mops, without the need of decontamination after use. Available in non-sterile (EF40) and sterile (EF40-S) version.

The PurMop® EFB40 single-use mop with its innovative cleaning pile was developed for highest performance in cleanroom cleaning. The special polyester scrub stripes loosen even tough residues and contaminants during wiping which are then safely picked up by the microfiber stripes. Available in non-sterile (EFB40) and sterile (EFB40-S) version.

2.0 ERGO-S 230 is a compact, touchless cleanroom cleaning trolley of the second generation made of stainless steel. The special design allows the discarding of used mops on the back and therefore ensures a higher safety against cross-contamination. The unique ERGO mop wetting unit guarantees reproducible, disinfectant-saving liquid dosing in just one step and can be adapted to different fluid requirements thanks to various mop plates. The new mop discarding mechanism ensures a touchless and safe discarding of used mops. The standard PurMop® accessories include a mop handle holder on the side and a rear waste bag holder for PurMop® waste bags. 2.0 ERGO-S 230 has two additional stainless steel buckets, which can be used to store cleaning utensils.

The innovative PurWipe® N2 cleanroom nonwoven wipe consists of a polyester-polyamide-microfiber material. The ultrafine microfibers ensure good fluid absorbency as well as a high cleaning ability and optimal removal of tiny particles on all types of surfaces. Thanks to its superior tear resistance and fully synthetic material, the N2 wipe is ideally suited for a broad range of applications. Recommended for effective cleaning and disinfection on various surfaces in cleanrooms. Available in non-sterile, sterile and other sizes.

PurMop BLACK® C1 is a unique cleanroom mopping system, offering maximum performance and unparalleled user experience. Its telescopic handle and frame are made from carbon fiber reinforced plastic (CFRP), making it ultra light. The complete C1 system weighs only 650 g, arguably making it the most ergonomic cleanroom mop available on the market. Length adjustment can be performed using one hand only, at the push of a button either at the top or middle of the handle. A newly developed frame centring function facilitates safe overhead cleaning by preventing the frame from folding unwantedly. A further intelligent feature is the mop discarding mechanism, allowing the frame to be opened and the mop to be dropped at the simple push of a button – anywhere and without the need for a trolley. C1 is available in two color options, correlating to the color coding of the new PurMop BLACK® mops – orange for sterile models and green for non-sterile models.

Manufactured from 100 % recycled and GRS-certified polyester yarn, PurMop BLACK® D3-SR is the epitome of sustainability in cleanroom cleaning. The material is made of post-consumer PET-bottles, with approximately 5 bottles being used for each cleanroom mop. Thanks to the newly developed, 100 % microfiber loops with enhanced length and high-performance inserts, D3-R boasts great fluid absorption, resulting in large area capacity. This mop combines performance and eco-friendliness like no other, bringing real sustainability and ergonomics to manual cleaning. D3-SR offers all unique features of the PurMop BLACK® mop range, such as color-coding, finger loop and integrated “Wings” technology. D3-R is developed for the use with PurMop BLACK® C1 mop system.

The PurWipe® N2 is a microfiber nonwoven wipe which consists purely of synthetic fibers and boasts a high fluid absorption combined with reduced particle emission. The pouch can be filled with your fluid of choice. The wipes are individually z-folded in a chemical resistant pouch with lid. A wide range of cleaning and disinfectant agents can be added for which today there is no presaturated wipe available. The pouch is resistant to common cleanroom bactericides, sporicides and detergents.

The PurWipe® V3 is a newly developed presaturated microfiber nonwoven wipe, which consists purely of synthetic fibers and boasts a high absorbency combined with reduced particle emission. This wipe‘s microfibers ensure an effective cleaning performance on all types of surfaces. This in combination with the high tear and abrasion resistance make this wipe an innovative and safe solution for cleaning and disinfection in cleanrooms.
