Palletless automated car parking system CUBILE Palletless technology The palletless fully automated car parking system CUBILE is a perfect solution for creating from 50 to over 1000 parking spaces. As no pallets are used for transporting cars, the system is very fast and efficient. Drivers park their car at ground level in one of the entrance cabins and receive a parking ticket. The cabin is the only interface between the driver and the car park. From this point everything is automatic. The cabin’s rolling gate closes and the car is transported below ground in a lift before it is collected by one of horizontal transfer vehicles and brought to a free parking space. In the palletless parking system CUBILE, the Lödige Shifter does the heavy lifting. This is an ultra-flat robot that drives underneath the car and lifts it up at the wheels to take it from the lift to the transfer vehicle and transport it to the parking space.

Pallet based automated car parking system RESPACE Pallet based technology The pallet based automated car parking system RESPACE is an interesting solution for creating up to 50 parking spaces. Drivers park their car on a pallet in a cabin. The cabin is the only interface between the driver and the car park. From this point everything is automatic. The door of the cabin closes and the car is transported downwards by lift. From there the car standing on the pallet is brought to a free parking space via roller conveyors. The pallet based parking system RESPACE is characterized by a very compact design. From the lift the pallets with the vehicles are moved directly to adjacent parking spaces. Car parking and removal follows according the puzzle principle. The car park has 60 parking spaces and is used as a hotel car parking, but also available to the public.

Specially designed for lifting cars The PEGASOS garage car lift is a perfect solution for construction projects with limited space. It was specifically designed for lifting and lowering of cars and is based on a sophisticated design and a series of convenient features. It has the appearance of a garage and is the ideal alternative to a conventional ramp. The car lift brings vehicle and occupant automatically to the garage or parking deck. The PEGASOS can be mounted directly on the floor and therefore requires no pit. The platform can be equipped with a comfortable cabin or just a simple railing. Due to its compact design and the elimination of the machine room, it is easy to plan. The lifting function is realized by using a very silent and efficient electric motor. The transport of persons in the car is available upon request.

The hydraulic car elevator TRAFFICO transports both car and passengers quickly and reliably to the desired parking level. A wide selection of options is offered for this classic car lift to meet individual requirements. Convenience important? The most convenient way to initiate operation is by remote control or smart card. The reader can be installed next to the lift entrance on a pedestal, for example, with pull wire switches at each level. Light beams between the cabin and shaft doors avoid any damage to the car during entry and exit. Light barriers facilitate vehicle positioning, thereby speeding up access. In the case of systems with two stopping points, the journey to the other level commences automatically as soon as the vehicle is positioned correctly.

Cost-efficient transport between floors The vehicle lift CARRICO is an interesting alternative to the TRAFFICO when lower lifting heights and less frequent use are needed. The CARRICO has been type-tested in accordance with the EU Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC. The conveying speed is limited to 0.15 m/s. Furthermore, this car lift is delivered with automatic sliding doors and cabin equipment designed for the transport of vehicles and passengers. A significant advantage of VERTICAR is minimum space requirement. This is successfully achieved through the integration of the machine into a pit. Thanks to an overhead canopy, a flat and even surface is provided and the lifting table, i.e. the parking position is fully covered. It is an efficient and simple to plan solution for vertical transportation of goods in an industrial environment. In its standard configuration, the SHERPA has a load capacity of up to 3,000 kilograms and a lifting height of up to 18 meters (with two to six stopping points).
