The MicroSENS 180-HS is an NDIR sensor for measuring 5 vol.-% CO2 in cell incubators. So our diffusion sensor is indispensable for controlling ideal cell and tissue growth. The sensor head is placed in the incubation chamber to measure the gas concentration in the cell culture environment. Based on IR absorption of the gas molecules the sensor determines the concentration of CO2. Our CO2 gas sensor convinces with a high reliability and a long lifetime thanks to its specifically developed dual-beam IR method without drift and susceptibility to interference. Decontaminate the CO2 diffusion sensor in an easy, effective and reliable way by heat sterilization at typ. 180 °C. Thanks to the digital and analogue interfaces, the sensor is easy to integrate. The NDIR bundle CO developed by Micro-Hybrid consists of perfectly matched infrared components for gas analysis of carbon monoxide. A NAC-based IR source with reflector of the JSIR 350 series is combined with the highly sensitive thermopile dual detector of the MTS 200 series. The optical filter of the dual detector is adjusted to the typical wavelength range of carbon monoxide: CWL: 4650 ± 40 nm / HBW: 180 ± 20 nm. Users receive high-quality measurement data in a short time, for instance for the analysis of exhaust gases in the automotive, rail and shipping industries or for monitoring production facilities and plants as well as for controlling chemical processes.

The NDIR bundle industrial gases consists of optimally matched thin-film infrared emitters and various IR thermopile detectors for gas analysis in industrial applications. The set includes ten components for commonly measured gases such as CO2, CO, hydrocarbons, nitrogen compounds and alcohols: four JSIR 350 series IR emitters in various TO packages and six matched thermopile IR detectors with two or four channels of the MTS 200 series.
