The IKO High Rigidity Precision Linear Slide Unit BWU is a small limited linear motion guide with two rows of balls in contact with the raceway at four points, allowing stable accuracy and rigidity to be achieved even in applications where fluctuating or complex load is applied. It is available in abundant sizes and can be selected according to the application. Since the integrated table and bed grind the two track grooves simultaneously, machining errors are fewer, the dimensional accuracy between each row can be easily increased, and highly accurate and extremely smooth operation is possible. The IKO Linear Way U is a linear motion rolling guide with a structure containing a raceway inside the Usection track rail and a slide unit in its interior. With the Ushaped track rail, rigidity against the track rail moment load and torsion is significantly improved. Therefore, it is possible to not only fix the track rail to the mounting base as conventionally done, but to use the track rail as a structure beam, such as a cantilever or doubleended support in machines and equipment.

Precision Positioning Table LH is a highreliability, highprecision and highrigidity positioning table made of a cast iron slide table and bed with high rigidity and excellent vibration damping performance, incorporating an IKO Linear Way and using a precision ball screw for the feeding mechanism. By incorporating two Linear Ways in parallel, it achieves stable running accuracy, high positioning accuracy and large carrying mass. It is available in four sizes ranging from 120 mm to superlarge 420 mm in table width, and tables combining these in a twoaxis specification have also been serialized. It is optimum as a highprecision positioning mechanism for usage where the applied load is large and the stroke length relatively long.
