They are circular free vibrating machines capable of working on coarse pieces and at high capacity. Generally used for the separation of fine materials before crushing, the first level is set up with bars and the second, if any, with mesh or perforated plate.

The intensity of vibration can be adjusted through the eccentric masses positioned at the ends of the shaft. Available in various versions, from 1 to 4 levels with sieves in wire or polyurethane panels, with or without showering system.

In our workshop, we design and manufacture rotating screens of any size and shape; circular, hexagonal or octagonal, set up with screens in wire, grille or polyurethane.

Officine Conterno has machines for removing dirt from materials contaminated with soil and clay. Due the particular system of construction of the internal chamber with a high number of blades and propellers for moving and tilting the aggregates, the dirt removal barrels increase the attraction and removal of dirty and muddy material to the maximum. All internal parts, which are the most subject to wear, are bolted to the outer drum and easy to replace.

Machines designed for energetic cleaning of materials with a strong presence of soil and clay. Thanks to the high residence time and the particular configuration of the washing chamber, our barrel scrubbers ensure optimal washing of material. The counter-current progression of material ensures a high degree of cleaning of the aggregate. The inner lining can be made of anti-wear plate, rubber or polyurethane. In some particular applications, these machines also guarantee an excellent separation of organic materials present in the aggregates such as wood, leaves, pine needles, etc..

We have a full range of paddle scrubbers for washing alluvial or drainage excavation aggregates. Our machines are now used increasingly frequently in soil washing processes for hydrocarbon and heavy metal decontamination of soils.

Officine Conterno supplies various machines for sand washing and recovery, including cyclonic separation units. Sand Classification Units with hydrocyclones are systems composed of a sand + water receiving tank (turbid), a suction head or immersion launch pump, a hydrocyclone for concentration of the sands and a vibro-dryer for drainage and drying. The sizes of the various components will vary depending on the quantity and concentration of the turbid matter.

Our bucket recovery systems are simple but well thought out and are used downstream of the sorting machine with washing. The particular configuration of our buckets means that the loss of the fine material is extremely limited, thus increasing the sand yield. The reduced electrical consumption compared with high efficiency makes these machines a cheap and effective solution for handling sand recovery.
