Having a highly skilled development department allows us to compete for financing from funds. We have concluded an agreement with the Public Agency for Entrepreneurship, Internationalization, Foreign Investments and Technology on co-funding the project Smart solar LED light: Bringing together solar energy and advanced, easy-to-use and efficient light solutions (SSLL). The project will be funded by the Republic of Slovenia and the European Union from the European Regional Development Fund. Find out more about Slovenia’s cohesion policy at www.eu-skladi.si. The main purpose of the SSLL project is developing a smart solar LED light. The final product will be a solar light with integrated controls. The system, which will support intelligent regulation, will use an advanced battery charging mode that will significantly improve the charging efficiency and prolong the product’s useful life. The product will represent a new chapter.

Due to the nature of the vacuum insulation panel (VIP) design and manufacturing process it is challenging to verify VIP quality both during and after production with regards to the vacuum level in the manufactured VIPs. Furthermore, it is even more challenging to monitor VIP vacuum level after installation, and over the lifecycle of a VIP. As VIP’s thermal isolation performance is directly correlated with VIP’s vacuum level, such monitoring is crucial for ongoing panel performance and quality evaluation. To address these challenges we have developed a low-cost, contactless sensor Stripres® for measuring vacuum levels in VIPs, both during the manufacturing process and over the course of a VIP’s lifetime. Stripres® sensor is designed to be permanently installed into VIPs during panel production, and subsequently allows for vacuum measurement at any time and almost any place, thanks to contactless measurement process.

By using serial tools for the production of prototypes we can save your time The prototype pieces are the key for the efficient serial production. This is why we pay a lot of intention to all prototype processes as well as all processes before the serial production. This phase is intended for taking down all data and information which are vital for the implementation in the serial production. Based on the foreseen technology, which is the result of experience and data from the simulation equipment, we produce serial production tools for the production of prototype pieces in our company. Because we use serial tools for prototype production, we do not need additional time and special adjustments to transition to classic serial production.
