SYSTEM-F - vertical FFS bagging machine

The SYSTEM-T fully automatic Form-Fill-Seal (FFS) packaging machine combines high quality packaging from a PE tube with high production capacity and is therefore ideal to be used in a wide range of industries including petrochemicals, fertilizers, animal feed, food,... Due to the high flexibility of the FFS packaging machine it can be adapted to different customer requirements. For example, pillow bags and gusset bags can be produced with or without carrying handle and a filling weight between 5kg and 50kg. Additional perforation of the bags is also possible. The SYSTEM-T stands out due to its modern design and a very sturdy and compact construction. Accessibility, generous clearance, long maintenance intervals and low maintenance costs were of major importance in the development of this machine. For example, the large doors offer easy access to all areas and important parts and cable connections are protected from corrosive and aggressive dust by stainless steel housings.

As the name suggests, the FFS-Combi Version of the open-mouth bagging machines has an additional FFS module, allowing bags not only to be used from the bag magazine but also to be produced from tubular film. The CERTOPAC and PRINCIPAC open-mouth bagging machines are available as FFS-Combi Versions. The additional FFS module is also available for the CIRCUPAC bagging carousel. The changeover from the bag magazine to the production of bags from the tubular film is simple and convenient on the operating panel. The filling process is identical for both variants. The bags are either separated from the bag magazine or produced from tubular film and conveyed to the pick-up station. There the bag is put onto the filling spout, filled, and placed on the conveyor belt. From there it is transported to the bag closing machine, which sews, seals, or glues the bag depending on the material.

The high-performance bagging carousel CIRCUPAC has been specially developed for the packaging of flour and powdery products in pillow bags and gusset bags with a filling weight of 10 kg to 50 kg. The CIRCUPAC is ideal for filling prefabricated open mouth bags made of woven PP, PE or paper. The special feature of the packaging machine is the continuously rotating carousel: All components are precisely matched to each other, so that the entire process is carried out without a start-stop system. A maximum output of up to 1200 bags per hour can be achieved. All movements are controlled by an intelligent master servo motor controller and are precisely coordinated with each other. An extended filling time by six filling stations as well as the constant compression of the product by special vibration plates result in a well-filled bag.

Currently there are three net weighers in our product portfolio. The differences are in the product feeding. Our weighers are equipped with gravity, belt or screw feeders depending on which product has to be weighed. The choice of product feeding depends primarily on how well the product is free flowing. Moderately flowing as well as powdery and fine products are rather weighed with belt or screw feeding, while free-flowing bulk goods are usually weighed with gravity feeding. The high quality standard of STATEC BINDER is also achieved here through the use of stainless steel and a sturdy and compact design. The use of stainless steel guarantees longevity and high operational reliability even under demanding conditions.
