Our Salmon Steak product is a frozen product. Store at -18 C. Do not refreeze after thawing. Co nsume before the expiration date. The freezing date, expiration date and batch number are available on the packaging.

Trout is a freshwater fish of the salmon family. The rainbow trout gets its name from the presence of a red stripe on its silver body. It contains a lot of digestible protein, omega-3 fatty acids, vitamins A, D ,E water-souble potassium, selenium, zinc, magnesium, iron and phosphorus. We produce 1.500 tons of trout portions each year for your health.

Salmon, classified as an fatty fish, is very healty due to its high protein, high omega-3,fatty acids and high vitamin D content. It is smaller in size than the salmon family. In terms of minerals and trace elements, it is a leader in its family. For your health, we produce 4.000 tons of Turkish Salmon in the cool waters of the Black Sea every year. We offer it fresh in April, May and June, and frozen during the rest of year
