The COMPACT 7-valve filling monobloc is a solution designed for small wineries producing prestigious wines. It can be equipped with a capper for crown caps and dedicated to bottling bottle-refermented craft beer. The central star positions 7 bottles under the taps, which are filled through the tank's descent. While these bottles are capped upon exit, one by one, another set of 7 bottles is positioned under the tank. The semi-annular filling tank made of stainless steel allows the use of nitrogen in the tank. Filling occurs through a slight pressure of inert gas, preventing the dispersion of volatile components. The conveyors are configured so that only one operator is needed. Production: up to 1,000 bph (bottles per hour).

Isobaric Monoblocs for bottling carbonated liquids such as mineral water, soft drinks, beer, and sparkling wines. Comprising a rinsing turret (optional), a high-pressure filling turret, and a capping head for each closure type. The rotary filling groups are available starting from 6 valves and can be configured in various versions. The machine consists of a base with adjustable supports, welded to a rigid structure to reduce vibrations. On the base, you'll find the central support for the filler, the motorization, and gears that control the movements of both the screw conveyor and the bottle inlet/outlet stars. The isobaric tank is fixed to the cylinder-carrying flange via the tank height adjustment device. The specific filling valves are fixed to the isobaric tank. Equipped with a control panel featuring low-voltage buttons and thermal relays. Production: from 1,000 to 15,000 bottles per hour.

For filling cylindrical jars with dense products, sealing with T.Off capsules composed of: Volumetric doser, equipped with a stainless steel AISI 316 rotary pump with an electric motor, dosing controlled and regulated via inverter and adjustable electronic pulse counter from a keyboard, suitable for food, heat-sanitizable; drip-proof nozzle with a two-way valve synchronized with the doser. Dispenser with magnetic orientator for metal capsules. Adjustable descent channel for different formats, capsule presence control device in the channel, alert buzzer for missing capsules. Automatic rinsers respectively with 4 and 6 positions operate using a water injection system with continuous flow. Washing machine for external cleaning of glass bottles and jars. The Lab-10 model is designed for integration into bottling lines with productions of up to 1200 bottles/hour (for higher productions, other models are available up to 10,000 bottles/hour). Thanks to its integrated traction motor and compact dimensions, its installation is simple and possible in any condition. The machine is equipped with a series of devices for the thorough washing of all parts of the bottle: - Adjustable-height upper brush for cap washing - Lower brush for bottom cleaning - High-speed rotating central vertical brush for washing the entire bottle surface Once the bottle washing is completed, two stainless steel blowing blades, powered by a high-pressure fan, ensure the drying of the entire surface for labeling.
