In our work, we place a particular emphasis on the small- and medium-series segment, as well as custom-made products. Achieving the right blend is key and remains our best-kept secret. When developing our formulations, we use a number of different raw materials that are compatible with one another. You will still be able to find the unique mix that makes up your product even years later. Quality examples: Hydrolysis-resistant PU. HNBR, FDA conformity in EPDM, NR, NBR and FKM. KTW/W270 – EPDM 70 ±5 Shore A black. KM – also available in different colours. NBR up to -40 °C. Black FDA-compliant qualities in EPDM + NBR. We have six state-of-the-art return presses and two Maplan injection presses in operation. We also have two cold-feed and four conventional extruders for producing profiles. In addition, since early 2021, we have also operated a film vulcanisation system.
