    Sabatino is a recently formed food company set up in 2013 with the intention of producing and selling high-quality pastas. Our flour is grown in the Marches region from an ancient variety, Saragolla, not a hybrid. Our wheat is stone-ground before the pasta is formed in bronze moulds before drying slowly at a low temperature.
