POZZATO LEONARDO, since 1994, is a family business initially founded in 1955 by Pozzato Federico near Milan-Italy, and specializes in bright polishing and calendering mechanical parts of various sizes, from the smallest ones up to 2 meters. We work steel, brass and alluminum. We polish handles, boat propellers, sheets for packaging machines, iron plates, motorcycle parts that are to be chromed, tubes. Our latest order included a framework for table in steel, bright polished. We also calender window frames of trains, that afterwards are anodized. We perform the work with abrasive brushes according to the traditional hand-made way. We provide transportation for large quantity orders.

The tubes are manufactured by continuous forming tube mills using cold-rolled, hot-rolled pickled and galvanized steel strips. While preparing an offer, we analyze and simulate processing technologies and methods, through the 3D modeling and CAD-CAM, study customized solutions for services such as new packaging and new transport systems. We have our own laboratory that guarantees the quality of raw material and of the tubes produced. Our information system registers all the incoming raw materials and allows to trace them throughout and even after production. We provide such additional services as cut to size, laser marking, bevel cut, threading, bording, flanging, widening, reduction, plasma cut-off, so you can get a ready-to-use product and save your mpney and time.
