We are manufacturer mini concrete batching plants for site applications. Mini concrete plants are doing same job with ready mix concrete plant. Main difference mini plants are for site applications. Mostly road and building contractors are using our mini plants.Advantage of mini concrete plants are; Low investment cost.Low shipping cost.Easy to transport and quick installation. No need concrete foundation.Compact highly productive.Homogeneous mixtures.Interchangeable wearing parts.The control system does not require prior knowledge.Low operating and maintenance costs.Easy to cleanDetachably engaging traction variable height.Auto mountable system requires no additional equipment.For your understanding, Standard mini plant working principle is very simple. Cement and water are transferring directly to the mixer and weighing inside mixer. There is not cement and water hopper. (Sometimes, customers wants more sensitive concrete. In this case, we can replace water and cement hopper on chassis. If customer wants hoppers for cement and water, there is in optional items.) There is additive hopper on chassis. We are using hopper for additive because of his intense liquidity. Aggregates are transferring directly to mixer with feeding belts. Automation panel situated behind of chassis. All system is controlling by full automatic automation system. For transferring cement, customer has to supply cement silo, filter, equipments and screw conveyor.
