We use time and consumables much more efficiently with robotic solutions in paint processes. With the decrease in paint usage according to the current situation, we both increase efficiency and keep your employees away from the unhealthy atmosphere of the paint environment by applying standard thickness paint without any errors on the entire surface.

White spirit, mineral spirits, or mineral turpentine, turpentine substitute, petroleum spirits, is a petroleum-derived clear liquid used as a common organic solvent in painting White spirit is often used as a paint thinner The word "mineral" in "mineral spirits" or "mineral turpentine" is to distinguish it from distilled spirits (alcoholic beverages) or from true turpentine (distilled tree resin) It is insoluble in water and used as an extraction solvent, as a cleaning solvent, as a degreasing solvent and as a solvent in aerosols, paints, lacquers, varnishes, and asphalt products Uses: Degreasing and lubricating, Solvent and paint thinner,Portable stoves Industries: Household chemicals,Painting materials,Hydrocarbon solvents,Dry cleaning Properties: Initial boiling point (IBP) 145–174°C Final boiling point (IBP+21)°C Average relative molecular mass 150 Relative density 0.780 @15°C Flash point 31–54°C Solubility in water (w) < 0.1% CAS Number 64741-92-0 EC Number 232-489-3 UN no. 1268

NATURAL OXIDES: yellow, red, brown, black SYNTHETIC IRON OXIDES: yellow, red, brown, black DRAGON PIGMENTS: red, yellow, blue, green, grey CHROME OXIDE GREEN COBALTOXIDE: green, blue CARBON- or PITCH-BLACK (limited) ULTRAMARINE: blue, violet TITANIUMDIOXIDE WHITE A pigment is a substance that has the capacity of colouring a certain carrier (cement, plaster, synthetic fibres, paint, …). Contrary to dyes, pigments are insoluble. Therefore, pigments remain under the form of small particles and will just be dispersed in the carrier and so colouring the carrier. The colouring capacity of the pigment depends on the fineness of the particles composing the pigment. In general we can say that the finer the particles are, the higher the colouring capacity of the pigment will be. A pigment is only suitable for certain applications. The pigment shouldn’t react with the carrier.

Degreasing bath treatment Ultrafiltration is established for a long time for applications like treatment of emulsions, degreasing baths or craft detection oils. With ultrafiltration, oil and dirt particles are separated. So, the particle-free filtrate can be used for degreasing again. According to the recommendations of suppliers for degreasing chemicals tensides are added to the degreasing bath. So, lifetimes up to 3 to 6 months can be reached for degreasing baths. Osmo Membrane Systems GmbH offers an upgrade for your degreasing plant in replacing the polymer pipe modules by ceramic modules. Ceramic modules are more temperature resistant, chemical resistant and changing pH-values. On the one hand, the separation efficiency will be increased and on the other hand, the lifetime of the degreasing plant will be increased significantly, because polymer modules have to be changed much more, depending on the application. The costs for the upgrade are equal to the costs for working with poly

Round dialysis cells The cylindrical electrode is mounted into the cylindrical membrane, which is hold by a strong pervious pipe from the inside and protected by a mesh from the outside. The anolyte is leaded through the anode pipe through the bottom of the electrode and flows constantly through the toroidal gap between electrode and housing to the anolyte outlet. By the standardized membrane support, a multitude of membranes can be used. The pipe cells of OSMO Membrane Systems GmbH are easy to handle, because even a 2m long electrode only weights 8 kg. Advantages of the OSMO round dialysis cells: Can be opened without tools by quick release fasteners Anode pipe made of seamless thick-walled stainless steel 1.4571 (standard) – treated titanium available on request Continuously anolyte inflow and outflow as well as selective anolyte distribution Anode can be turned inside the membrane

Ultrafiltration of kathodic deposition paint The filtrate of the ultrafiltration is added to the immersion bath by a spray ring, which is installed directly over this bath. So, the recovery of the remaining color is possible and by separation the color particles, painting defects can be avoided. In the last spray zone, organic solvents from the ultrafiltration are washed away be demineralised water. Concentrated with these solvents, the water is leaded into the color bath. The process is a closed loop without any waste waters. The paint bath can be contaminated with pre-tretment chemicals like e.g. phosphates, chlorides, chromates. so, a part of ultrafiltrate has to be leaded out to avoid concentration of the paint bath with these chemicals. If no ultrafiltration is used, big amounts of waste waters will arise, which are difficult to dispose. Our ultrafiltration plants are customized in membrane are, retention rate and membrane type.
