The starch is then extracted with water, resulting in a protein-rich slurry that is treated with acid, dried, and processed into a fine powder. The raw material for this process is starch potatoes of Polish origin. Potato Protein is highly digestible, with a digestibility rate of around 85%, and has a high nutritional value with a beneficial profile of amino acids, including Lysine and Methionine. Potato Protein can be hypoallergenic, depending on the starch extraction method used. It should be stored in a dry, well-ventilated environment and has a shelf life of 18 months. SPC has a protein content of 60% per 100g of product and is intended for animal feed. We have 1,000 m3 of storage capacity divided over nine silos. Our silos are suitable for storing: - Plastic granules - Plastic regrind - Plastic powder - Animal nutrition - Phosphates Our silos are equipped with dust filters, so that even the finest plastic powders can be safely unloaded. We also have silos equipped with automated loading bellows that simplify the filling of bulk tankers. The silos can also be emptied by air slide conveyor, all the way to our packaging machines.

We have responded to this trend by purchasing a fleet of professional tipper trailers equipped with an unloading system. We have developed a high degree of efficiency in bulk container transport. This efficiency is the result of our special tipper trailers, custom-built for us, on which we can transport 20’ and 30’ containers. We transport bulk containers from Antwerp, Rotterdam, and Moerdijk to the destination of your choice in the Benelux countries. Bulk containers are primarily used to transport bulk goods, such as plastic granules, plastic regrind, plastic powders, phosphates, chunked animal nutrition, and cereals. Every free-flowing type of cargo can be transported this way. Our tipper trailers are equipped with an unloading system, which enables us to unload your goods right at your customer’s doorstep!
