MotoVeloZavod LLC has developed its frame and fork for road models made of high-quality welded and brazed steel, casting parts, bike strollers, and mudguards. Our company cooperates with the Austrian company Paul&Ernst GmbH. This is a prime example of our cooperation. We manufacture tricycle frames for them. We offer metalworking services: maximum machining dimensions – length x width – 3,000mm x 1,500mm. Workable materials: carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, brass, titanium. Maximum length is up to 6000 mm - plasma cutting of metal - cutting of rolled tubular products - cutting of profiled iron - polymeric powder painting of metal; - shot blasting of metal; - shot peening of metal; - metal welding; - metal turning; - milling of metal and plastic.

We can bend different parts from sheet metal. Maximal length - 3000mm (up to 6mm thickness) Maximal thickness - 10mm (up to 900mm length) Bending operations we make on Trumpf bending machine (Germany)
