Crown caps for your customised need. We manufacture crown cork bottle caps with different lining materials and colour options to meet your needs. Crown caps are suitable for glass, plastic, and aluminium bottles, and can be used for all kind of beverages. Crown caps are possible to get with standard Pantone PMS colours, plain one colour printing or multicolour CMYK printing. Also, it is possible to apply customer designed printing, including inside printing. For printing we use the offset printing method. Inside printing gives you more opportunities for product differentiation and marketing. Our crown caps are made of tinplated steel (TP, electrolytically coated or lined with tin) or tin free steel (TFS, chromium plated steel). We use BPA-free lacquers. A range of crown caps are available in standard stock colours. Plain stock colours of crown caps are available by the box.

The Ring Crown cap is an easy to open and convenient ring pull bottle cap with highly tamper-evident design. Ring Crown cap is made of steel, the same material as a traditional crown cork bottle cap. Also, its diameter is the same as crown cork, fitting the same bottle mouth. Ring Crown withstands higher internal pressure and therefore is suitable for carbonated as well as non-carbonated, pasteurised and non-pasteurised drinks. Ring Crown is more hygienic since capping occurs early in the process and the seal corresponds to the shape of the bottle mouth. They have VLB (Versuchs und Lehranstalt für Brauerei) approval and conforms to DIN-norms. The colorSENSOR CFO is a new controller for precise color recognition in industrial measurement tasks. The CFO series is distinguished by high color accuracy, state-of-the-art interfaces and intuitive operation. The controller is connected to CFS sensors with integrated optical fibers, which can be adapted for different measurement tasks. The colorSENSOR CFO is used in color recognition tasks on interior parts such as head supports, in packaging control or in color sorting tasks with crown caps, closures or labels.

Caps feeding is done using a centrifugal, rotary, or vibratory feeder, and the transfer of the caps is achieved through a descending channel that ends with the distribution head. The stainless steel threading heads with 4 rollers (with 'no cap/no roll' device) allow for excellent threading and capping of a wide range of caps. The COMPACT 7-valve filling monobloc is a solution designed for small wineries producing prestigious wines. It can be equipped with a capper for crown caps and dedicated to bottling bottle-refermented craft beer. The central star positions 7 bottles under the taps, which are filled through the tank's descent. While these bottles are capped upon exit, one by one, another set of 7 bottles is positioned under the tank. The semi-annular filling tank made of stainless steel allows the use of nitrogen in the tank. Filling occurs through a slight pressure of inert gas, preventing the dispersion of volatile components. The conveyors are configured so that only one operator is needed. Production: up to 1,000 bph (bottles per hour).

The automatic single-head cappers are designed to apply aluminum caps or screw-on and snap-on plastic caps to glass or PET bottles. All closure heads are made entirely of stainless steel, as well as most of the machine components. The speed variation is electronic, controlled by an inverter. Other capping systems are available to meet different needs: cork, crown, twist-off. It is also possible to combine 2 turrets on the same machine with different combinations, for example, screw cap + cork, cork + crown, screw cap + T-cork. The range of single-head cappers is designed for productions of up to approximately 2,500 bottles per hour and can be integrated with automatic cap feeding systems of both mechanical and pneumatic types.

Isobaric filler for beer and other carbonated products, equipped with 5 filling valves and a bottle selection and transfer system using large-diameter stars. The filling valves are made of stainless steel with heat-sanitizable gaskets. The filling cycle is fully automatic, with an initial valve opening for counter-pressure, full opening for bottle filling, and decompression (degassing). The different phases and processing times are controlled by an electronic controller (PLC), with adjustments available through a touch-screen operator panel. An automatic capper is included for pry-off crown caps with a diameter of 26mm, with automatic cap distribution using a stainless steel hopper. The machine features a central 10-compartment star and bottle guide made of high-density polyethylene, with a safety microswitch. The machine's base is made of AISI 304 stainless steel. The indicative filling capacity with 0.33L bottles is approximately 700 bottles per hour.

Any existing crowner can be converted to use RipCap or RingCrown caps, with easy and quick change over from one cap type to the other. RingCrown Technology comprises equipment that can be run at the same speed and efficiency as a crowner, up to 60,000 bottles/hour. The equipment consists of a sorting hopper located above the crowner to orientate the cap. The cap chute to move the cap to a cap applier. The cap applier to place the cap to a bottle. RingCrown sealing heads to crimp and seal the cap to the bottle. Finn-Korkki has been designing and manufacturing ring crown cap equipment since 1979. We supply customers with ring crown cap equipment, a supervised installation and operator training when necessary. Thanks to special sealing heads and equipment, metal and plastic bottles can be sealed with ring crown caps. The sealing is at a very low top pressure to prevent the aluminium bottle or plastic bottle from being deformed during sealing.
