Lighting Distribution Busbar (25A - 32A)E-Line DL/SL group Busbar Trunking Systems are used in lighting circuits that require 25 A and 32A single phase or three phase electrical current in buildings and industrial facilities. 10A / 16A tap off plugs (with and without cartridge fuses) are designed to supply lighting circuits according to their attributes.

Low-Power Busbar System (40A-63A)E-Line KY-S Busbar Systems has been designed for buildings and industrial facilities which have lighting and outlet circuits with small electrical machinery and equipments that needs three phase and/or single phase energy needs with 40A and 63 A. KY-S Busbar with its 10A – 16 A tap-off plugs and 32A tap-off boxes are being produced fully automated machines that uses most recent technology in accordance with ISO 9001 and with its quality assurance system certification. Products has been designed in accordance with IEC 61439-6 and tested. Busbar housing is being produced as pre-galvanized sheet also if requested it could be produced as painted with RAL 7038 color.

Installation accessories are standard materials which are necessary to use for the mounting of the cable management systems and supporting accessories.Available finishes for our fixing accessories are Electro galvanized, Lacquered and Stainless Steel products.

E-LINE A series and E-Line Seismic suspension systems are used in buildings and factories; in concrete or steel structures to support the Busbar, Conduit and Cable Ladder etc. Service and lightweight suspension type variations are available according to the weight of the system to be supported.Together with the evolving installation, it offers optimum solutions for the installation of the support systems.

URC (Uni-Rail Conductor) Trolley Busbar are designed where each conductor is assembled as a separate line and the current collector car performs uninterrupted energy transfer to the device.E-Line URC Trolley Busbar can be used indoors and outdoors, in harsh conditions as the conductors are in separate housings. Eliminated the use of suspended and reeled cables in conventional system.

Products have been designed in accordance with IEC 61439-6 and fully tested. Busbar housings are being manufactured from pre-galvanized sheet metal ,it could also be manufactured in RAL 7038 colour on request.

E-Line FLD Indoor Busbar Trunking Systems provides aesthetics for offices as well as safe, practical and flexible solutions thereby eliminating cable clutter. E-Line FL/FLD can be installed on skirting or at table level where Main or UPS power is required, or where structural cabling is required.

The Electroalfa primary distribution switchgear are designed for 7,2 and 24 kV rated voltages and rated currents up to 4000 A. Compliant with the technical standards of nationwide power generation, transport and distribution companies such as Transelectrica (the national transmission operator), CEZ Group, E.ON Group, Electrica Group (area distribution operators). The Electroalfa switchgear for primary distribution, of the S 12xx range, for a maximum voltage of 12KV c.a., have been tested for values of the continuous rated current of up to 5,000A and values of the rated peak withstand current of 50 KA/ 1s. This type of gear withstands the action of the internal electric arc, with a classification index of up to IAC AFLR 50KA, 1s. The switchgear from the range of S 24xx, for a voltage of 24 KV c.a. have been tested for values of the continuous rated current current of up to 2.500A and values of the rated peak withstand current of 25 KA/ 1s.
