A double light façade system, structural or semi-structural in its external style. It incorporates a 140 mm chamber between the external and internal glazing in order to allow for the natural ventilation of the façade, reducing the thermal transmission towards the interior and achieving large energy efficiency for the building. Access to the chamber is possible by way of practicable openings that facilitate cleaning and maintenance.

A light curtain walling system with thermal insulation. With a seen internal section of only 18 mm, both in the mullion as well as the transom, this new façade system presents a minimalist style and slenderness allowing a total entry of light to the interior of the building. The mullion and transom profiles equalize its depth giving rise to a flush assembly that provides uniformity to the internal style of the façade. The glazing is achieved by fixing the glass using aluminium pressure covers, both in vertical as in horizontal, in such a way that the external view is 52 mm and internally is only 18 mm.

A new generation of façade consisting of a base system with an ample range of mullions and transoms that provides answers to the different style and construction needs for architectural projects by using integral solutions. A light façade system with external glazing fixed with grampons and fixing pieces: ball & socket or fixed. The grampons are made from stainless steel and surround the ball & socket and following this the previously machined glazing is fixed. The supporting structure where the grampons are fixed to, is made up solely of vertical aluminium profiles that are high in thickness and resistance and consequently construction solutions with large fixed lights between supports are achieved. This system is complemented by other profiles and gaskets that help to realise the most varied construction solutions.

The ADD ON system, which allows the carrier profiles to be made of steel at points where the openings allowed by the aluminum horizontal and vertical carrier profiles in the facade systems are not sufficient for the projects, can offer more transparent surfaces to designers. It is a system that can be used in projects made with steel construction, which has more load-bearing properties, instead of deep aluminum profiles, in large spaces where large openings must be crossed at once, such as airports and auto showrooms. The system, where the system depth is shaped by steel and glass combinations used in the standard FS 50 system can also be used, is preferred by designers due to its high inertia values. The system consists of aluminum profiles with a wall thickness between 1.8 mm and 2.0 mm combined with steel profiles selected for the facade.

It is a carrier carcass system on which ceramic material can be mounted. It is advantageous in terms of stock costs because it consists of a small number of profiles and accessories. These systems are generally described as ventilated facade cladding, and the substructures to be used in these systems must be resistant to corrosion. For this reason, the carrier system and its accessories, consisting entirely of aluminum profile and stainless steel, make the SS 54 system advantageous.

Vosse is not always raw steel and heavy constructions, we also often undertake orders that require considerable precision and a sense of aesthetics. One of these was the implementation of facade elements for one of our Swiss clients. These powder coated aluminum elements (first 2 pictures) will be part of the façade of a modern residential building in Zurich. The number of operations performed on the next elements, photos (3 and 4) of which you can see below, is a long list. However, there are points on it that are undoubtedly worth being proud of. In addition to standard assembly and welding, we have performed, among others, glass beading and stud shooting - a task that is performed by few companies in our industry. What are these items? These are stainless anchors for mounting facades on high-rise buildings. The implementation of this order is another great result of the work of our entire team!
