The Multi4 Bench responds to a station use in order to mark pieces of all dimensions thanks to several window sizes. This machine allows you to make alphanumeric or Datamatrix markings, individually or in large series. Its ergonomic column base has been designed for easy marking. Indeed, the quick height adjustment of the machine on the column, thanks to the quick shift function, allows you to adapt to the shape of your pieces. The optimal positioning of the head also offers you a great precision. The Multi4 control box is designed for intuitive use. Its easy shift function helps you in the realization of your markings thanks to the display of moving text on the screen. In addition, many connectivity options are available to best suit your needs. The controller has a large memory capacity, and its software is available in 21 languages. The machine has the IDI function which guarantees the quality of the marking whatever the differences in level between the piece and the stylus.

Graphix is an all-in-one station for marking small to medium-sized parts. It uses fibre laser technology. It provides maximum safety for your operators. Its marking possibilities are multiple: alphanumeric characters, logos or Datamatrix. Its advantage? An intelligent software with a material database to make markings in only 2 clicks! Simply select the material of the part and the desired marking effect. This makes it possible to do away with the complicated settings required to carry out laser marking, and thus to make it accessible to everyone. But that's not all! Technomark has also developed a marking head with an on-board camera that allows the rendering and positioning of the marking on the screen. You no longer need to move the part to ensure that the marking is correctly positioned, it adapts to your part because everything can be controlled from the screen. Accessories are also available to meet all your needs: automatic door, rotating axis, side openings...

Graphix Plus is an all-in-one laser marking station equipped with an electrical door (manual control) with an opening of up to 580mm. It has a large loading capacity and can be used to mark small to medium-sized parts. The X-axis is motorised, allowing the head to move vertically, giving a marking zone 475mm long. The marking head with on-board camera allows you to view the rendering and position the marking on-screen, thanks to the Smart View function. There's no need to move the part to ensure that the marking is correctly positioned; it adapts to the part, as everything can be controlled from the screen. Its ergonomic software developed by Technomark is very easy to use. It has a materials database, enabling marking to be done in just a few clicks. The station has a 250x225mm opening on the left-hand side for marking long parts. Its aluminium plate with universal T-slot allows various clamping systems to be fitted, such as a rotating D-axis for marking cylindrical parts.

TOUCH SCREEN Just press the touch screen and the LW2 takes care of the rest! The door closes automatically, the laser is positioned at the right focus height, the marking is done in a few seconds and the door opens. This laser station does not require training. Just prepare your marking jobs and load them into your industrial marking solution via the USB port. COMPLETE SAFETY This laser marking system is certified as class 1 laser products, allowing use in unrestricted environments: integrated fail-safe relay, protective glass, door closure security, emergency stop, door fitted with sensors and anti-pinch system, integrated extraction and filtration solution to protect users from dust and smoke. Mechanic and electronics are fully protected in a sealed box. Integrated alarms and controls. SAFE No need for a bulky class 1 laser housing, the Mini-inline isolates the laser beam while the safety sensors make sure the part and Mini-inline are present: maximum laser engraver safety for the operator and his work environment. COMPACT Thanks to its size, the Mini-inline is easily added to your existing production line. It allows the integration of our industrial laser marking system in very narrow areas, to engrave the necessary information on a wide range of parts. COST-EFFECTIVE This accessory has the advantage of being cheaper than a class 1 laser protection housing: lower purchase price, and no pre-study cost for the final installation. DEEP MARKING With up to 0.5 mm depth, the XF530 dot peen machine is the only deep marking system able to reach this level of depth in such a short cycle time. The marking results are clear and resistant to weather conditions, contaminants, rust, and guaranteed long-term readability. DOT PEEN ENGRAVING The XF530 large marking area of 200 mm (7.9 in) X 50 mm (2 in) is specially adapted to engrave large characters (more than 10mm (0.4) height) for easy readability from a long distance or in outdoor locations. DEEP ENGRAVING MACHINE This deep dot peen engraving machine in pneumatic or electromagnetic version is made of high-quality and high-performance components.
