The stand consists of 2 u-shaped columns with a ball-borne support slide with a cantilever beam for the mixer. The double-column stand allows the processing of tank volumes up to 4 m3, depending on the tank dimensions. Mixer powers up to 75.0 kW and support loads up to 1,000 kg can be realized. Under these conditions, the stand can be equipped with all fast running or gear-reduced mixers and their matching agitator elements. The lift is done electrically by a lift drive and chain drive. The electric supply is guided through a laterally mounted energy chain. Customized solutions for instance a stand mixer with H foot or stand equipped with coaxial agitator type KRK are feasible.

The machine of series KT can be applied universally. It is designed for the industrial part cleaning. Application fields: metal degreasing, electrical industry, optical industry, medical technology, maintenance and service etc. The compact design of the machine as 3-tank system guarantees a high cleaning quality together with space-saving location. The basic version consists of a heated ultrasonic tank (tank 1) and heated cascade rinsing (tank 2 and 3). Additionally a separate dryer corresponding to the size of the compact unit can be made available. The tanks are incorporated in a solid frame. Optionally a stainless steel base frame can be delivered. Armatures, tank and frame are made of stainless steel. All valves can be easily operated at front of the machine. All electrical operating elements are on the front of the machine. They are each assigned to the tanks.

Heat Stabilizing films are polyester films, which do not shrink at heat treatment. They form the basis for the printing of electrical elements and are ideally suited for further processing.
