The tube-alike sleeve labels are pulled over the packaging and are shrinked onto it by heat. Hereby the foil nestles tightly against nearly all shapes – without adding any glues and without making any rubbish. With the RobotOverhead-Gripper it is possible to lift sensitive materials contactless from above by means of a robot. Besides from gripping, it can be used for (un)loading, sorting and singulating. The RobotOverhead-Gripper uses a combination of negative pressure and the Ultrasonic Suspension Technology to enable topside gripping of the workpiece. The substrate is kept at a distance, which enables contactless transport and prevents micro-scratches and contamination. Our technology allows a high flatness of the substrate during the handling process. The RobotOverhead-Gripper is suitable for battery cells, glasses, foils, lenses, packaging, wafers and other sensitive materials. With the Levi RollToRoll-Transport Lines it is possible to lift, redirect and transport sensitive and flexible glass, foils and packaging. Our technology generates a thin air film between the substrate and the surface of the roll, which allows the contactless roll-to-roll transport of workpieces. Therefore, micro-scratches and contamination can be prevented. The application can be delivered in different versions. For example, combinations with the UltraLevi-Desk for contactless transport are possible. The system also allows the inspection of substrates. The lateral valves are solenoid valves with two or three connections and two switch positions in the basic position closed (NC). In this type of construction, the magnetic drive is not arranged coaxially, but laterally. However, the lateral design is often sufficient for applications in the lowpressure and rough vacuum range and, thanks to its simple construction, also offers a very attractive price. Lateral valves are particularly wellsuited to the packaging, glass, metal, and furniture industries as a robust and fast switching valve for lifting tools (suction cups). Since they do not require dynamic seals, they are ideally suited for rough use in a dusty environment. They are therefore also recommended for use in vacuum furnaces.

Tangapac is the ideal shelf ready packaging for cans, glasses and bottles. Tangapac is a packaging design that comprises a die-cut blank that is automatically strapped with a PP strap in the filling process. The sloping product presentation in the rolling tray facilitates the sliding of the products and lends it an attractive look at all times.
