Flutainer® offer perfect conditions for the transport and storage of liquids and paste-like goods. Additionally, they save valuable storage space, because they can be stored space-saving before they are filled and after they have been discharged. This flexible bulk container can be built up by only one person in less than one minute. Rigid containers need the same space, no matter whether they are empty or filled. Flutainer® are different: Flutainer® are only built up when they are needed, for example for liquid sugar, to store auxiliary material for textiles or powder which is sensitive to pressure. Flutainer® are made up of a fabric container on the outside and a multiple PE-inner lining, a wooden pallet, four steel poles and a stacking frame. Taylor made packaging, transport or storage containers for every kind of bulk goods and every transport route from a volume of 200 litres up to a volume of 3,000 litres, are provided by the use of Pactainer®. Concerning such Flexible Intermediate Container (FIBC) which are subject to constant innovations, EMPAC belongs to today’s trendsetter in this business. Pactainer® are according to the requirements of their field of application made of flat or circular woven fabric, provided with a PP-coating or with PE-inner lining and produced as a single-use, returnable container or with a permission for the transport of dangerous goods. They are produced with different forms of tops and bottoms and filling and discharge spouts. Our range of products contains 1-loop, 2-loop and 4-loop Pactainer®. For special fields of application, we can offer various custom-built models as well as automatic Big Bags. We supply high-quality PET regranulate made from our PET flakes (single-use beverage bottles). Prior to the regrinding process, the bottles are processed into clean and sorted flakes. Our PET regranulate , known for its purity, has various applications and is suitable for food contact due to its decontamination process. We deliver the end products in sturdy BigBags with liners to our customers. With our extensive recycling experience and quality-tested recyclate, we are your reliable partner. Verified Quality: Our PET regrind is manufactured and monitored according to stringent quality standards. Parameters such as bulk density, color values, chemical content (acetaldehyde, benzene, limonene), presence of foreign substances (black specs), and crystallinity are checked.
