Servo-electric press lines Modular X2000NC setup as a press line with various servo-driven presses for cold forming Back wall dimensions: approx. 5 x 3.5 m, total weight: approx. 45 t Tool setup: 6 stations, 23 mm wire fed in from decoiler and feeder, straightener and cutting unit, ready-to-use production parts Cold extrusion process with press lines Illustrative example of a modular X2000NC setup with servo-driven presses of various sizes as a press line for the cold forming of wire. This setup with servo-driven presses from 240 kN to 7,000 kN can take the place of a single large press with a progressive die. Our press line with synchronised servo transfer is compact, fast and affordable. Unlike large presses from other manufacturers, our line does not need its own press pit. If you need a machine for processing thick wire up to 26 mm in diameter – we’re the specialists to call.

ANDRITZ Kaiser produces highly precise presses for the metal forming industry, thus increasing productivity, quality, and lifetime and decreasing overall operating costs. ANDRITZ Kaiser has delivered more than 8,000 presses for numerous customers world wide, each different in its application. A large number of factors have to be taken into account when deciding on the right press: technical requirements from the product, expected productivity, technical requirements on the press line, integration into the existing production lines, fixed and running costs, process control, fast availability of maintenance/service, availability of spare parts – all these considerations influence mainly the total cost of ownership. Our press solutions are: Conventional high speed presses from 630 kN up to 4,000 kN Conventional stamping and deep drawing presses from 1,000 kN up to 8,000 kN Cutting presses from 1,600 kN up to 6,300 kN Heavy presses from 10,000 kN up to 25,000 kN Servo presses from...

ECKOLD extrusion embossing allows for direct screwing in sheet metal and does away with press-fitted or welded nuts. The embossed structure formed in the process increases the number of turns for the screw and thus enhances its grip. In addition, extrusion embossing allows for higher torques than would be possible with simple screwing of multiple sheets. The technique is suitable for use in virtually all industries where sheet metal is machined and joined - stationary, robot-controlled or as a punch press system. This offer includes: Servo motor-driven extrusion embossing system • Embossing punching frame, horiz. throat 150 mm stationary or robot-guided • Servo motor-driven Press force approx. 58 kN Working stroke approx. 100 mm • Tool holder • Control cabinet incl. software ECKOLD VISU Embossing inserts are not included in the scope of delivery. Scrap suction/micro spray system on request. Contact us for a customised offer!
