Our sealing brushes are available in many forms and with a wide variety of profiles. These profiles can also be used as mounting flanges. The special types consist of 11 types of sealing brushes which we can produce in a large range of variations on your request. You can choose: - All fill types, e.g. natural bristles and hair, plant fibres, synthetic filaments and wires.- The quality of the backing material, e.g. galvanized steel, stainless steel (1.4301; 1.4571) or brass.- The trim height (BH) (free bristle length- The overall length from a few centimeters to the maximum length which can be transported. We also can supply all sealing brush types with fixing holes in the holding flanges, e.g. 22 available sizes of round holes and 13 sizes of elongated holes. Don't hesitate to ask us for other dimensions of fixing holes, too.

This clamp made of galvanized steel is a special clamp for connecting medium and heavy-duty hoses to connectors on mobile and stationary units. Bandwidth approx. 20-25 mm. Band thickness approx. 1.0 – 1.8 mm

The measuring element of the load cell consists of a double bending beam on which strain gages are applied. The applied force detunes the measuring bridge so that a proportional output voltage is generated. The strain gages on the measuring element are protected against dirt and water spray by a rubber bellows. The sensor can be easily mounted via two mounting holes. The tension or compression force to be measured is introduced at the opposite end perpendicular to the sensor axis. Due to its special design, the influence by an extension (e.g. touch finger) on the measuring signal is low. Overload protection can be realized with little effort using a mechanical stop. Weber manufactures the work piece fixture custom-specific based on CAD-files or original work pieces. We use materials like resin, steel, aluminum or brass. Special features like clamping or ejectors etc. are possible.

Titanium is a silvery-white light metal that is often found, but is difficult to extract. Generic Cupla copes with high pressure lines in hydraulic equipment! Low pressure loss is ideal for hydraulic equipment. Complys with international standard ISO 72411A. General purpose hydraulic Cuplas with the working pressure up to 27.5~31.5MPa {281~321kgf/cm2}. Structure keeps pressure loss extremely low, particularly ideal for hydraulic applications requiring high flow rates. Both socket and plug have builtin automatic shutoff valves to prevent fluid spill out when disconnected. Easy to handle. Special steel body material is adopted for its excellent strength and additional quenching treatment is done to withstand hydro pressure impacts. Various end configurations.

Body material is excellent corrosion resistant stainless steel (SUS304). Suitable for use in tough / harsh environments such as offshore applications. Sleeve stopper mechanism can be engaged by rotating sleeve after connection. Despite having a stainless steel body, the working pressure, 21.0 MPa, of HSU CUPLA is comparable to that of special steel body CUPLA such as HSP CUPLA series. Both socket and plug have builtin automatic shutoff valves that prevent fluid outflow on disconnection. Easy to handle. Hydrogenated nitrile rubber (HNBR) is used as a seal material for wide variety of liquids.

Compared with conventional Multi Cuplas, approximately double flow rates are realized. This could reduce the size of required plates. (Rate of flow increase depends on Cupla sizes.) The MALC type realizes a 2mm axial eccentricity allowance, while the conventional Multi Cupla is only 0.6mm. Special valve design enables connection of socket and plug under dynamic pressure of up to 8MPa. When connected, the distance between the socket plate and plug plate is designed to be 30mm for all sizes. This means any size of Cupla can be mounted and used on the same plate. Airless structure valves prevent outflow of fluid and admixture of air into the fluid line. Autocatalytic NickelPhosphorus coating is adopted for surface treatment over special steel body and internal parts. This coating is environmentfriendly.

We supply mixing screws for all conical mixers and dryers (also suitable for machines from other manufacturers) made from regular stainless steel and special materials, such as Hastelloy or titanium, in a variety of states, e.g. raw, polished or electropolished. We supply these mixing screws as replacements or for re-equipping existing machines.
