ENERGY SAVING SOLUTIONS Energy needed for heating amounts up to 60% of total annual energy consuption of a given building. Reduction of the energy consuption can be achieved through improvement of the thermal insulation of the building and with improvement of control systems of the heating instalation. Reduction of energy consuption without compromising the comfort of the hated area is a goal wich has been set for HAI Thermo heating control unit. HAI Thermo is an electronic controller for district heating substations, boiler plants and individual boilers. It regulates the water temperature in the system according to: outside air temperature, inside air temperature and timing schedule. The basis of the regulatory function is a sliding diagram. HAI Thermo has four built-in sliding diagrams. Selection of the adequate sliding diagram is determined by the user’s needs and the thermal characteristics of the building.

The dipping system which is one of the other methods is produced with a robot or crane controlled. The systems are equipped with the most efficient heating, ventilating and PLC control equipment. In our dipping lines manufacturing, AISI 304- AISI 316 stainless sheets of steel and polypropylene are used. The system should be selected according to the shape of the part, the area to be used and the corrosion resistance. Some chemicals which are used for surface cleaning must be applied hot. Due to this situation, our company produces cold dipping lines as well as natural gas heated, electric heated, liquid fuel heated and water heated dipping pre-treatment lines according to the energy source that is planning to be used.

Aramid fibers are suitable for very demanding applications and they are widely used in the firefighting industry (manufacturing of firefighters’ clothing) because of their flame retardant properties. Aramid is not only fireproof, the aramid fibers also have a high tensile strength, which is why they are often used for bulletproof vests (military and police) or for armoring selected emergency vehicles. A special property of aramid nonwovens is its good thermal insulation. The laid heating wire creates a very high heat output, which is insulated by the nonwoven. Aramid has a high heat resistance, which is an enormous advantage since laying the heating wire generates a very high heat output which is further enhanced by the insulation provided by the aramid nonwoven carrier. In addition, the nonwoven is either not combustible or flame retardant and can be used for a temperature ranges of up to 200°C.

Whether for use in a workshop, in living or working spaces – the combination of a robust construction, sound workmanship and discreet design harmoniously integrates in any environment, and the thermally insulated carrying handle makes the device quick and easy to transport. The desired temperature can be regulated as needed via the integrated infinitely variable thermostat of the TDS 50 M. For more targeted warmth, the heating capacity can be increased in two stages up to 9 kW. If required, the fan can also be used in sole fan operation without heating function. The indirect oil heater fan IDS 30 F was specifically developed for the mobile application as tent heater. This easily portable device has a robust frame with shock protection and handles as well as a hose connector already preassembled. We deliberately decided against integrating a tank in the IDS 30 F so that users can benefit from not only the lesser weight but also from time-saving loading since it is not necessary to drain the tank completely of residues. The absent tank also means that no additional transport or insurance documents are required for transport and storage. The heating device is prepared for fully automatic thermostat-controlled operation ex works.
