The blueglobe CLEAN Plus is the first cable gland to be certified to the high EHEDG standard and therefore can be used without risk in the food, pharmaceutical and chemical industries and in clean room technology applications. BGN also confirmed conformity of this cable gland with the relevant applicable testing specifications in test certificate NV 13132. The cable gland blueglobe CLEAN Plus has no cavities, gaps or external threads but has a smooth surface (roughness Ra < 0.8 μm) and rounded surfaces in contact with the wrench. PFLITSCH uses high-grade stainless steel 1.4404/AISI 316L to manufacture this product. All seals are made from plastics that comply with FDA 21 CFR §177.2600 and are suitable for being in contact with food.

WIWOX® VIVERK are single and multi-stage spray chamber cleaning systems for aqueous cleaning, pretreatment and degreasing of tools and parts. Loading takes place via an extendable platform, which can be loaded at an ergonomic working height. The workpieces are mechanically cleaned by means of pump pressure in the spray chamber process. The temperature-controlled washing liquid is sprayed onto the workpiece via a spray frame.The washing plant is operated via a side switch box with electrical control. Before the washing process, the loading basket is loaded and driven into the rinsing chamber via a roller conveyor. The door is closed manually (optionally also automatically). The machine reaches an operating temperature of 40°C within just a few minutes. After a further 30 minutes, the maximum washing temperature of 70°C is reached. The motor-driven spraying gyro completely revolves around the parts to be washed.

WIWOX® CORUS HD ultrasonic systems have been specially designed for cleaning high-quality moulds and precision tools. In maintenance these replace the labour-intensive and often ineffective manual cleaning. The ultrasonic cleaning process can be used for all metal moulds, in particular tools for injection moulding, extrusion, rubber processing as well as aluminium and gravity die casting. A typical structure consists of three stages: 1. cleaning, 2. rinsing and 3. passivating. The usable dimensions are matched to common mould sizes. The workpieces to be washed are placed in the tank either with the aid of a washing basket or with a lifting beam. Our ErgoStation is recommended for manual rinsing, drying and post-treatment. The working area is completely enclosed, brightly illuminated and ventilated. Operation is safe and simple, as the moulded parts are loaded laterally through a sliding door and held by a lifting device during treatment.

The WIWOX® USm Ultrasonic cleaning tanks enable individual, demand-oriented surface treatment in a single or multi-stage process. Aqueous cleaning at temperatures between 60° and 80° C ensures absolute degreasing and particle removal. Organic or inorganic residues such as polishing paste, paint, plastic, release agents, oil carbon or lime can be easily removed by using the right cleaner. WIWOX® Spintec top loader spray chamber washing systems are the solution for fast parts cleaning in maintenance! The parts to be cleaned are placed in the washing basket of the system from above. During the washing process, cleaning fluid is sprayed onto the parts from below, above and from the sides. The basket rotates inside the machine, resulting in an even washing result. The detergent reservoir is located in the bottom of the machine and is also equipped with a heater.

The Semi-Automatic Cleaning Machine is designed for fully automatic robot manufacturing lines. This machine features an automatic opening and closing door. The workpiece to be cleaned from oil, coolant, chips, and other residues is loaded and unloaded by a robot. The cleaning process is semi-automatic. Inside the processing chamber, is placed an air gun as well as a spray gun. The workpiece table can easily be turned by hand to reach all areas of the workpiece. This machine performs soft cleaning by circulating the cleaning fluid in the process tank and rinsing and drying the workpiece. The machine of series KT can be applied universally. It is designed for the industrial part cleaning. Application fields: metal degreasing, electrical industry, optical industry, medical technology, maintenance and service etc. The compact design of the machine as 3-tank system guarantees a high cleaning quality together with space-saving location. The basic version consists of a heated ultrasonic tank (tank 1) and heated cascade rinsing (tank 2 and 3). Additionally a separate dryer corresponding to the size of the compact unit can be made available. The tanks are incorporated in a solid frame. Optionally a stainless steel base frame can be delivered. Armatures, tank and frame are made of stainless steel. All valves can be easily operated at front of the machine. All electrical operating elements are on the front of the machine. They are each assigned to the tanks.

“Powersonic” is a type of KLN transducer systems with a particularly good cleaning effect and especially solid design. Thus we give full guarantee for up to 12.000 hours in max. 3 years. Submersible transducers are ultrasonic transducer systems in hermetically welded metal housing, inside of which piezoceramic transducer elements are incorporated. They are arranged at the bottom or at the sides of cleaning tanks. The HF current supply is realized via a power supply line which is lead via connection box at the back, a pipe elbow or a flexible metal mesh hose. Various sizes of submersible transducers make possible to use them in operating frequencies differing from 20, 25, 30, 40 up to 132 kHz.

“Powersonic” is a type of KLN transducer systems with a particularly good cleaning effect and especially solid design. Transducer plates are ultrasonic transducers that can be flanged. The actual PZT transducer elements are fastened at the back of the sound-emitting transducer plate surface. Plates of different sizes and capacity can be used variably with various operating frequencies of 20, 25, 30, 40 or 132 kHz.

The KLN BATCH-INLINE cleaning system is based on many years of experience with Inline Cleaning systems for the electronics production and unites, for the first time, the technological advantages of Inline cleaning with low space requirement of a Batch system.
