ALWA POR is porous and has a smooth surface structure. The product is characterized by a high stability, pressure-resistance and a long-term heat resistance of over 190°C. It is especially suitable for moulds with fine and complex structures. The good air permeability leads to a uniform stretching of the foil in the process of thermoforming. With this innovative product the annoying drilling of vacuum holes becomes obsolete and thus no visible markings are left on the thermoformed foil. Larger dimensions can be achieved by screw connections. Longer and wider dimensions by gluing. ALWA POR is easily machinable: Sawing, drilling, grinding, polishing. It also remains porous after polishing. ALWA POR is especially suitable for vacuum thermoforming and vacuum forming and is additionally suitable for - aeration of aquaria, fishponds and sewage treatment plants, - venting of injection moulds and blow moulds, - any proceedings of hot steam or water steam processing, - vacuum clamping

WIWOX® DP-BB blast cabinets with combined blasting and blow-off function (Blast´n´blow®) and ex-protection accord. to 1999/92/EC for paint stripping and surface decoating in seconds. Fine organic blasting media get shot onto the workpiece by compressed air, whereby even stubborn thick layers are loosened in shortest time by the effect of the soft, but sharp-edged granulates. Even sensitive tool surfaces get not damaged. The blasting process is suitable for the removal of all solid, exposed residues, especially on metallic surfaces of production tools and high-quality machine parts. Blasting granulate and blasting pressure are adapted to the respective application. With the pressure blasting process you can clean extruder and injection moulding screws, blowing heads, moulds and profile tools much faster and more gently than with conventional cleaning methods. In extensive tests with your own workpieces you can convince yourself of the economic efficiency of our system.

In our tooling production we use new fully equipped high-performance CNC machines. The maximum size of our blow molds is for articles up to 20 liters in volume. The maximum dimensions for our injection molds are 546 x 896mm with a maximum weight of 2,500kg. CYPET single stage injection stretch blow molding machines automatically produce finished blown containers directly from PET resin. The system utilizes CYPET’s patented technology that uses only two stations, one for injection molding the PET preforms, and the second to stretch blow mold the PET containers. The machines have unparalleled flexibility, allowing production of containers ranging from 20ml up to 120Ltr, with up to 400 mm neck diameter. Highly optimized, energy-saving servo-hydraulic technology as well as the use of an air recovery system as standard, reduces energy consumption by up to 40% (0.31kWh/kg of finished bottles). The machine’s generous clamping force and platen size, allows molds with higher cavities achieving higher output with less investment compared to conventional technologies.
