Within the Rt Makina Production Facility; With over 10 high-tech CNC benches, it can process complex and sensitive parts that will be manufactured from aluminum, zamak, steel, stainless steel, titanium, magnesium/nickel-based materials in the form of plate, sheet metal, casting and forging in accordance with customer specifications.Machining is a manufacturing method that covers the shaping of the pre-designed and constructed machine element, the manufacturing process of which is determined, by subjecting it to the cutting operation with the specified cutting tools on the machining benches suitable for the manufacturing process.

The vertical lathes of the TVU product line of Berthiez are especially suited for machining engine and turbine components, which are primarily used in the aerospace industry as well as for alternative and classical power generation. The TVU vertical lathes are characterized by a complete cast design, highprecision static and dynamic positioning as well as longlasting reliability. Advantages of the TVU vertical turning lathes are, completely cast iron construction, high static and dynamic axis stability, high accuracies and long term reliability. The RVU grinding machines set new standards in highprecision machining and are especially suitable for high precision grinding applications in the bearing and aerospace industries. The range can be equipped with up to four watercooled grinding spindles which can achieve a performance of 45 kW at 18,000 rev/min. It is also possible to reduce the minimum weight by decreasing the weighing speed but the doser could lose precision. Before making the purchase, we invite customers to check that the AISI 304 stainless steel is suitable for contact with their specific product. For corrosive products (for example SEA SALT) a special protection is available which is achieved by means of specific food-grade paint. This treatment must be requested before purchase and takes at least 10 days to make. The treatment (optional) is subject to wear and if it is damaged (for example the treatment takes a hit or is scratched off) it must be repeated. With salt, if no treatment is required, the steel could oxidize even if it is INOX.
