The brushless motor and 10,000 N of force make the AccuBird® Pro extremely fast for installing blind rivets up to 5 mm in diameter, in any material and up to 6 mm in diameter aluminium. The BLDC motor of the AccuBird® Pro has an extremely long service life and is virtually non-wearing. Compared to commercially available battery-powered tools, riveting can be done up to 4x faster making it comparable with hydropneumatic blind riveting tools. The optional autoreverse function additionally shortens the pulling process, ensuring the AccuBird® Pro is immediately ready for operation. The AccuBird® Pro is also equipped with the low-wear jaws system, which has already proven its worth a thousand times over. You can now get the AccuBird® Pro with the new CAS battery - one battery to operate more than 180 cordless devices! Plus it has an ergonomic design with a balanced centre of gravity and a non-slip, handy handle. Fatigue-free working comes built in! What’s more, the riveting tool covers a wide range of applications: with a setting force of 10,000 N and a tool stroke of 25 mm, the Birdie® makes light work of setting blind rivets with a diameter of up to 5 mm in all materials. And, like the Bird Pro series, the Birdie® works with the tried-and-tested cross-manufacturer batteries from CAS.

With a force of 15,000 N and the tried-and-tested brushless motor, the FireBird® Pro CAS is powerful and fast when setting blind rivet nuts of up to M8 steel. Since no wear-prone brushes are used, the motor has an extremely long service life, is virtually non-wearing and reliably guarantees the fastest setting frequencies. The setting tool is controlled solely by the setting force adjustment. The thread of the blind rivet nut is therefore optimally protected while ensuring the blind rivet nut is securely anchored in the material. With the 18-volt battery power supply, the tool is suitable for flexible, cordless use on construction sites and in industrial manufacturing. The mechanism for triggering the riveting process is functionally separated from the drilling process and, once the riveting process is complete, the FireBird® Pro CAS provides an automatic drilling function.
