The dipping system which is one of the other methods is produced with a robot or crane controlled. The systems are equipped with the most efficient heating, ventilating and PLC control equipment. In our dipping lines manufacturing, AISI 304- AISI 316 stainless sheets of steel and polypropylene are used. The system should be selected according to the shape of the part, the area to be used and the corrosion resistance. Some chemicals which are used for surface cleaning must be applied hot. Due to this situation, our company produces cold dipping lines as well as natural gas heated, electric heated, liquid fuel heated and water heated dipping pre-treatment lines according to the energy source that is planning to be used.

We design and manufacture products based on the project sent by our customers or according to customer requirements. Calculations, designs and projections according to customer demand and in accordance with ASME Code Section VIII Div 1 and 2 (American Society Mechanical Engineers), API 661, API 650 (American Petroleum Institute), TEMA (Tubular Exchanger Manufacturers Association), AD-MERKBLAATTER, CODAT, DIN, EN 13445, PED 2014/68 / AB and TSE. The most common processes in the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical & Chemical, Food & Beverages and Heavy & Light Industry require a significant number of equipment to exchange heat or to storage different fluids or components. The fluid can be either liquid or gas, and one of each flows into the tube and the other flow out of the tube is used to boil, condense or cooling the fluid.

Screw-in heaters are versatile and intended for heating liquid media in industrial and commercial applications. The Oil Heater of the IDE series are budget saving solutions with solid technology for typical standard heating tasks with direct warmth on site. For heating applications outdoors the Oil Heater of the IDE series are best prepared thanks to the sturdy housing made of double painted material. The large air outlet guarantees a maximum warm air expansion with high efficiency, which is 100 % at the direct fired models. For a desired temperature adjustment all IDE devices have an integrated thermostat. If the temperature should be measured and controlled at a place with a distance of 25 meters away from the heater, you can use the optionally available extern thermostat. In order to meet the demands for robustness and efficient heat output, we have embroidered the heating element on a glass mesh fabric carrier material. Between the meandering arrangement of the heating strands, we integrate a recess for the temperature switch in the CAD layout. In addition, a second wire is laid concurrently as a PTC thermistor for the electrical connection of the safety switch. After the technical embroidery process, the safety switch is inserted and connected by our company’s respective department. Each prefabricated element is tested for functionality and performance in the final inspection and is delivered to the customer after passing the test. As a semi-finished product, the infrared heating element on glass mesh fabric can be further processed by the customer, e.g. in connection with silicone, rubber or epoxy resin.
