The X Clean is designed for full automatic robot manufacturing lines with an End of Line automated CMM measuring station. Parts to be cleaned from oil, coolant, chips and other residue will be placed in the X Clean process chamber by a robot. The cleaning process includes spray cleaning to remove rough dirt and oil, ultrasonic application to remove dirt and particles in small pockets, cavities, and grooves. The X Clean provides soft cleaning and with precision by circulating the cleaning fluid in the process tank, then a final rinsing and drying of the workpiece.

Fully automated spray cleaning system equipped with upward-opening passage curtain. The unit is designed for cleaning large and heavy parts and assemblies. Parts are put on a movable bottom (trolley) and move inside the washing chamber. The part is processed by means of a gantry U-shaped ramp with multidirectional nozzles on all sides. The efficient cleaning of surfaces that helps to remove a wide variety of contaminants is carried out with an alkaline cleaning solution heated to a predetermined temperature.

WIWOX® CORUS HD ultrasonic systems have been specially designed for cleaning high-quality moulds and precision tools. In maintenance these replace the labour-intensive and often ineffective manual cleaning. The ultrasonic cleaning process can be used for all metal moulds, in particular tools for injection moulding, extrusion, rubber processing as well as aluminium and gravity die casting. A typical structure consists of three stages: 1. cleaning, 2. rinsing and 3. passivating. The usable dimensions are matched to common mould sizes. The workpieces to be washed are placed in the tank either with the aid of a washing basket or with a lifting beam. Our ErgoStation is recommended for manual rinsing, drying and post-treatment. The working area is completely enclosed, brightly illuminated and ventilated. Operation is safe and simple, as the moulded parts are loaded laterally through a sliding door and held by a lifting device during treatment.

The WIWOX® USm Ultrasonic cleaning tanks enable individual, demand-oriented surface treatment in a single or multi-stage process. The modular design allows adaptation to almost all requirements and subsequent expansion or automation is possible at any time. Aqueous cleaning at temperatures between 60° and 80° C ensures absolute degreasing and particle removal. Organic or inorganic residues such as polishing paste, paint, plastic, release agents, oil carbon or lime can be easily removed by using the right cleaner. Extensive practical experience and close cooperation with customers and planners show us that less and less space is available for cleaning. In response to this fact we have designed the WD 390 PH with space-saving, shorter cleaning and drying cabins and shorter machine infeed and discharge distances. The WD 390 PH with its cleaning and drying cabins enables short washing cycles and at the same time a higher throughput of washed goods. The Modular Concept The WD 390 PH is equipped with five compact cabins that perform various functions such as cleaning, rinsing and drying in short wash cycles, enabling efficient cleaning and high throughput. In addition, the WD 390 PH offers access for maintenance and service from only one long side, as all units are arranged for easy servicing.
