We offer MIG-MAG and WIG welding with maximum power of electricity 400 A. Our welding machines are KEMPPI and MILLER. We make welding of steel details, tube constructions with length till 6 meters and weight till 3 tones. We also offer spot welding and robotic welding (Fanuc) at details with length till 3 meters and width till 1.5 meters, by one or by two sides. We weld ferrous metals, stainless steel and aluminum. After welding we make cleaning of welding and painting (powder and wet).

Our company specializes in a wide range of welding services, with an emphasis on high quality welding welds. We use modern technologies that guarantee excellent results. We carry out welding of a variety of materials, including carbon/structural steel, stainless steel and aluminum. Our production facility meets stringent quality standards, such as PN-EN ISO 3834-2:2007 and PN-EN 1090-2:2018-09. We have implemented modern welding technology for group 1.1 and 1.2 carbon steels in accordance with PN-EN ISO 15614-1:2017-08. Our skills include working with steels such as S355J2 and steels with lower yield strengths, especially for material thicknesses above 3 mm for fillet welds (3-23 for butt welds), welded using the MAG-135 method. In our production plant, we have implemented the technology of welding carbon steels from material groups 1.1 and 1.2. These are S355 J2 steels and steels with lower yield strengths. We offer welded construction solutions using gas metal arc, argon, MIG, TIG and Laser welding technology according to the requirements of our customers. Welding is the process of joining two or more materials with the effect of heat and/or pressure, with or without the use of additional materials. In addition to the joining process, the welding process is used in coating and filling processes. Today, there are many different welding methods. It is a type of process that is used extensively in the industry. Welded manufacturing is defined as a special process in international standards. For this reason, there are international standards in order to guarantee and level the quality level in welded manufacturing.

Argon welding is the word “Tungsten Inert Gas” that gives the welding method its name. Welding is also called the initials of this word and is referred to as TIG welding. The heat to perform the welding process is generated between the electrodes made of tungsten metal, which has a very high melting point, and the parts to be welded. The welding zone is protected by argon or helium gas sent from a nozzle surrounding the electrode. The electrodes used in the Tig (argon) welding method allow to join the welded material by melting, without melting themselves. When deemed necessary, additional welding rods are delivered to the welding area by the welder or by automatic wire feeding devices, as in oxy gas welding. Argon gas is generally used as a shield in argon welding. Argon gas is a noble gas, so it does not react and provides strong protection. It optimizes the ignition characteristics and stability of the arc

Base Group is the first manufacturing company in Poland to have successfully launched an electronic system for welding process management. Our system oversees welding of steel structures for power industry, offshore construction welding, structures for customers from the railway industry and welding of structures for the chemical industry. This is actually our next step into Industry 4.0. The electronic system for welding process management is a solution to be used from the first stage of planning the welding work, through coordination of welding the structures, up to the final stage of project reporting. Our spot welders allow the use of alternative methods of joining metal elements. Resistance spot welding is one of the most popular techniques for joining thin-walled metals. The use of condenser welding machines allows for quick and easy mounting of fasteners (pins, screws, pins) on the surface of metals. Induction welding allows you to significantly reduce energy consumption, and thus reduces the cost of manufacturing details. This process significantly reduces the area of thermal action, which contributes to easier cleaning of the joined areas. Induction welding technology allows for its automation, which makes the process repeatable and simpler (and therefore cheaper). Thanks to the use of alternative methods of joining materials, we are able to offer our services in the construction industry; transport of liquids and gasses; automotive industry and machine manufacturing.

The steel welding process is a key technology for the production of metal structures. We weld stainless steel structural elements, as well as entire structures made of structural steel, stainless steel, aluminum and its alloys. The main welding types used by us are: a) arc welding with a consumable electrode in the shield of inert gasses (MIG welding) and active gasses (MAG welding); b) arc welding with a non-consumable electrode in protective gasses (TIG welding); c) 3D laser welding. The specificity of the welding services and its belonging to special processes mean that it is carried out in our plant only by qualified employees who undergo regular training to improve their qualifications. The uncompromising approach allowed us to weld in industries with increased requirements: automotive, aviation and railway. In the metal welding process, we can also use a welding robot, which allows us to achieve high repeatability and welding quality for small and large production series.

Our welders are certified for welding using the MIG/MAG process. Manual welding capability up to 450A, and welding under flux up to 900A. We specialize in welding unique and demanding products.

The VIKING-500 PRO semiautomatic welding machine has two-piece design, is designed for power supply from a three-phase 380V network and produces 500A at a load of 60%. The design feature consists in a separate feeding mechanism that can be removed from the source to a control cable length of up to 15 meters. The device heats up the product to a minimum, which allows you to work with thin metals. An important feature is the presence of a two-shaft motor for the wire inch (four rollers), which significantly improves the stability and smoothness of the welding material feeding.
