The ID and OD tracking enable smooth beveling with out of round pipes and it is compatible with our Beaver S Series, except Beaver 3 S. ID tracking is highly recommended if consistent land is required and if a counterbore is not possible to apply. It helps you to compensate for the out of roundness and the deviation of wall thickness. However, the deviation in wall thickness does not matter for OD tracking. There are two types of applications for ID / OD tracking. The first one is the ID / OD tracking module, which can be placed and removed easily on the chuck. The other option is a chuck with integrated ID or ID & OD tracking. ID tracking follows the inner pipe by a spring-loaded roller on the tooling slide. The tool holders are placed on the slide of the ID / OD tracking module to produce required angles and shapes with constant results.

The IKO Stroke Rotary Bushing is a linear motion rolling guide with a small diameter and sectional height. It can provide rotary and linear motion in the axial direction simultaneously with rotational motion. IKO Precision Positioning Table TS/CT is a compact positioning table made of a cast iron slide table and bed with high rigidity and vibration damping performance, incorporating an IKO Crossed Roller Way with a solid record in the field of precision linear motion rolling guides, and using a precision ball screw for the feeding mechanism. IKO Precision Positioning Table TS/CT is available in oneaxis and twoaxis specifications and is widely used in precision measuring instruments and precision assemblers that require high precision positioning.

The IKO Linear Motor Table LT is a compact and highprecision positioning table made of aluminum alloy, with an optical linear encoder built in and an AC linear servomotor incorporated between moving table and bed. Three series (Compact Series LT···CE, Long Stroke Series LT···LD and High Thrust Series LT···H) are available and can be selected according to the application. The lightweight moving table and large thrust force of Linear Motor Table LT enables operation with high acceleration/deceleration and high response. Further, the advanced servo technology achieves high static stability and speed stability. Linear Motor Table LT is ideal for applications such as semiconductors and liquid crystal related equipment, measuring instruments, assemblers and conveying machines that require highspeed work.

The IKO Precision Ball Slide is an extremely compact and lightweight linear motion rolling guide with the track portion and mounting surface integrated, made into a rolling guide by precisely molding a stainless steel plate into a U shape. Since high performance and quality can be stably maintained for a long period of time, it is widely used as a precision linear motion rolling guide for the magnetic head guiding parts of precision measurement instruments and computer external storage devices, and also as a functional part for precision linear motion such as for semiconductor manufacturing and testing and inspection equipment.
