The IKO Ball Slide, which uses aluminum alloy for the table and bed, is a lightweight and compact limited linear motion guide unit. Since the ball is guided by a cage made of synthetic resin and rotates on a high accuracy round shank way, it can obtain light and smooth motion. Easy Mounting Since the product is properly preloaded, it can easily gain a stable linear motion only by fixing it against precisely grounded mounting surface with bolts. Excellent Corrosion Resistance The ball and way are made of stainless steel and the surface of table and bed have anodic oxidization coating, allowing high corrosion resistance.

The IKO Precision Ball Slide is an extremely compact and lightweight linear motion rolling guide with the track portion and mounting surface integrated, made into a rolling guide by precisely molding a stainless steel plate into a U shape. Since high performance and quality can be stably maintained for a long period of time, it is widely used as a precision linear motion rolling guide for the magnetic head guiding parts of precision measurement instruments and computer external storage devices, and also as a functional part for precision linear motion such as for semiconductor manufacturing and testing and inspection equipment. Models are available in abundant performances and sizes, and can be selected according to the application. Stainless steel highly resistant to corrosion is used for all steel components, so that they are suitable for applications in a cleanroom environment.

The IKO High Rigidity Precision Linear Slide Unit BWU is a small limited linear motion guide with two rows of balls in contact with the raceway at four points, allowing stable accuracy and rigidity to be achieved even in applications where fluctuating or complex load is applied. It is available in abundant sizes and can be selected according to the application. Since the integrated table and bed grind the two track grooves simultaneously, machining errors are fewer, the dimensional accuracy between each row can be easily increased, and highly accurate and extremely smooth operation is possible. Stainless Steel Stainless steel types are also available, with excellent corrosion resistance and ideal for use in clean rooms, such as in medical equipment, various disc readers and semiconductor manufacturing devices.

The door wings come in stainless steel, aluminium, copper, all-glass, and in fire-resistant, smoke-resistant and sound-proof designs. The largest automatic telescope sliding door Bauporte has ever made is 6000mm wide and 5500mm high! The fully opened entrance can also be heated with heaters.

For department stores and shopping centers, Bauporte developed the folding/ sliding door system. This type of entrance has 180-degree manually operated or automatic revolving doors that can also be moved to the side. Sliding is done manually or electrically. The entrance is heated by heated curtains installed on top. The advantage of these folding/ sliding doors for different types of weather is: Bad weather For disappointing weather, the entrance is protected from outdoor cold yet accessible to people going in and out, with a good draft protection system in the entrance through the connection with the heater and the self-closing doors.
