The company possess with two lines for powder coating, in which can be manufacture products with maximum dimensions 1000x2000x600 mm. We also make a wet painting.

Whether highly opaque dispersion paint or diffusion-open silicate paint, synthetic resin lacquers or epoxy resin primers, our experienced employees develop suitable solutions and are at your side with help and advice.

We provide painting of small parts using pressure guns and paint booths. We can also prepare the surface of products before the next production process - sanding, degreasing, intermediate coatings. We provide sandblasting of small-sized items. Max.50x50cm.

INTERIOUR & EXTERIOUR PAINT

Our in-house paint shop offers many advantages to our customers. Desired colors can be applied quickly and thus we can offer a high degree of flexibility.

SOLVENT PAINT of COSMOCHROME is a high quality undercoat for concrete surfaces (concrete columns, concrete floors, walls, ceramic tile roofs etc). It is highly durable against extreme weather conditions and atmosphere pollution. It has strong adhesion, great covering power and extreme hardness

MINIUM PAINT of CosmoChrome is a high quality undercoat for metallic surfaces. It is suitable for the protection of every metallic surface from the rust. It can be used for interior or exterior use. Applicating with brush or spray gun. Thinning with white spirit or turpentine (10% for use with brush and 20% for use with spray gun ). The surfaces must be clean, dry without rust, grease or dirt. Apply one or two coats of MINIUM PAINT.

Cranberry in chocolate. In addition to cocoa butter, chocolate contains vegetable fats. Ingredients: dried cranberries 40% (cranberry, sugar, sunflower oil), chocolate 30% - cocoa mass min. 43% (sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, vegetable fat - palm, shea, sal, mango kernel - in variable proportions, emulsifiers: lecithins (soy) and E476, aroma), sugar, reduced cocoa powder fat, glucose syrup, water, glazing agents (glazing agents: gum arabic, shellac, bulking agent: sucrose, glucose syrup, palm oil, acidity regulator: citric acid, preservative: sorbic acid, water, ethanol). ISONEM ANTI SOUND PAINT, the acoustic paint which is used to stop and reduce sounds, is designed to absorb and isolate the sound in the best possible way. According to the measurement and analysis carried out in conformity with the TS 140-s Standart; It has been certified in Türkak approved accrediting laboratoires, that the applied paint reduces and absorbs the sound level 2,51 dB as regards to 1000Hz, when applied as a 1 mm thick layer and it reduces and absorbs the sound level 4,85 dB as regards to 1000Hz, when applied as a 2mm thick layer, in the 1/3 octave frequency band. The paint is water based. It can be manufactured in any color specified. In addition to its sound isolation properties, it is resistant to fires whit its delayed flammability and non-flammability properties. Rubber paint TM “Farbex” is intended for protective and decorative coating of tile, ondulin, zinced steel, aluminum, undercoated and non-undercoated iron, profiled sheeting, asphalt, cement, concrete, foam- and gas-concrete, brick, plastered surfaces, plywood, MDF, wood chip panels, wooden and gypsum panels, surfaces covered with wallpaper and alike. The paint can be applied on the surfaces, previously coated with alkyd and oily paints indoors and outdoors.

FRONT FACADE is a high-quality facade paint for painting natural and artificial stone, concrete, brick, putty and plastered surfaces when performing facade work. FRONT FACADE can be used to paint plinths (when there are waterproofing, pavement and storm sewers that can minimize long-term static water exposure and capillary effects of moisture rising from the foundation). There is no residual stickiness and low yellowing and dirt retention; Good blocking properties when painting fat-soluble condensates on the surface of the facade. Excellent vapor permeability will ensure rapid transfer of moisture from the base to the environment, which will avoid cracking and destruction of the paintwork in the off-season.

We paint metal structures in accordance with ISO 12944-5:2018; we pre-prepare the surface in accordance with EN ISO 8501-1; P2 –EN ISO 8501-3:2007.
