Casa Valbom olive oil is produced in the Carvalho Neto family's farm, situated in Valbom dos Figos. From the junction of the olives verdeal, madural, cobrançosa and negrinha de freixo, results this olive oil with a mild flavor, low acidity and good digestibility.
