Fitted with smoothrunning plain bearings. Not suitable for swivelling while under load. When lifting the load, the safety latch closes automatically and is securely locked by a locking mechanism at the rear of the hook. To open the latch, the locking mechanism must be unlocked manually. Compact and light design, full loading on all sides. 4x safety factor against breakage in all loading axis. Rotatable 360°. Link swivel range max. 180°. The ball bearing allows the ring to rotate even under load. Lifting or securing loads, swivel rings have many uses. For the loading capacity to be valid it must be ensured that the ring is in line with the load. The swivel face must lie flat on the support beam and the screw must always be screwed in fully.

Body tempered. Ball hardened (50 - 55 HRC). Note: Self-aligning pads serve as stops, supports and thrust pads in fixture construction. The working load limit (WLL) and the cord tonnage (tonne capacity per cord) are either woven into or printed on the protective sleeve of the sling. The safety label with the CE mark and technical data is firmly sewn onto the sling. The colour of the round sling corresponds to the colour code scheme for load capacities of textile type slings. These round slings have high UV resistance and low moisture absorption. These round slings carry the CE mark according to the European machinery directive.

Application: Electrically conductive wheels on swivel and fixed castors are used to protect against electrostatic discharge generated by transport equipment or the transported goods. Damage to sensitive goods and painful electrostatic shocks to the personal is so prevented.

The double-sided clamp straps are ideal for series clamping. For special applications, the clamping flange can be replaced with another clamping flange by loosening the clamping screw. The clamping flange must always have a contact point on both sides. Functional principle: 1. Use a hand-held or electric tool to tighten the hexagon head bolt (make sure that the maximum tightening torque is not exceeded). When clamping, the clamping flange automatically turns by quarter of a rotation and starts the clamping stroke. 2. Use reverse procedure to loosen the hexagon head bolt. The clamping flange automatically returns to its starting position (the set screw can be used to change the position of the clamping flange). The lifting slings have high UV resistance and low moisture absorption. Safety factor 71 Example WLL 1000kg = break load 7000kg. These lifting slings carry the CE mark according to the European machinery directive. The stated WLL applies to a vertical lift. By a basket lift the WLL is doubled.

The receiver bush is for quick and safe insertion of ball operated lifting pins. They offer an easy and reliable installation in a variety of lifting materials. Also for use with thin walled materials and blind holes. They are corrosion resistant with low wearing.

Quick and easy lifting device with swing shackle and safety bar against unintended release. The balls are unlocked by pressing the push button. When the push button is released the balls are securely locked. Corrosion and weather resistant. High tensile, hardened pin for extreme loads with the high wear resistance. Temperature range max. 250 °C. CE certified. Values X max, and F1 with 5x safety factor. Accessory: Receiver bushes 07784.

Ball lifting pins are quick and simple lifting devices with swing shackles. The balls are unlocked by pressing the push button. After releasing the push button, the ball is securely locked. Protected against corrosion and weather-resistant High-strength, hardened, extremely durable pin. TÜV-tested. Values X min., F1, F2 and F3 with 5x safety factor.

For high demand hoisting and carrying tasks in safety-relevant areas (machine construction, load handling equipment, lifting tackle). The CE mark is impressed into the ring bolt. F2 permissible load under max. 45° per ring bolt. On request: Certificate of conformity.

Steel or 1.4305 stainless steel Version: Steel trivalent blue passivated. Stainless steel, bright. Note: Swivel feet consist of a threaded spindle and a plate joined together. Any threaded spindle can be combined with any plate. The height of the complete swivel foot can be calculated from the length of the threaded spindle + height of hexagon + 22.5 mm. (Overall height of swivel foot = L + L1 + 22.5 mm) Depending on the version, threaded spindles can have a thread undercut in front of the hexagon.

Plate die-cast zinc or stainless steel 1.4305. Anti-slip plate thermoplastic elastomer. Version: Die-cast zinc plate, black powder-coated. Stainless steel plate, bright. Note: Swivel feet consist of a plate and a threaded spindle or ball joint. Any plate can be combined with any threaded spindle or ball joint. Note: These machine feet have proven themselves to be universally applicable elements for the elastic support of all types of machine. They are commonly used wherever large horizontal movements are to be avoided. The horizontal rigidity is higher in all directions than the vertical rigidity. If used correctly they are excellent at preventing the transfer of vibration and noise. Machine feet with shear protection are available for situations where tensile forces are to be expected. The indicated load data are reference values for static loads by rubber hardness of Shore 60A. In contrast to those in the drawing, the holes D2 can also be elongated holes.
