Round sling hooks for quick suspension of textile lifting equipment such as hoist belts or round slings. The round sling hook is fitted with a robust, forged safety latch. All edges are rounded to protect the textile slings. The colour of the round sling hook corresponds to the colour code assigned to textile lifting equipment that signifies the permissible loads. The round sling hooks correspond to the Machinery Directive and are BG certified (H stamp). Silent blocks are rubber parts placed between components that have only very small amplitude movements, to absorb vibrations and noise from machines equipped with motors. The grounding brush, otherwise known as an earth brush, ensures good continuity of grounding as well as cleaning the running tracks. Standard versions are available in rectangular 40A, 100A, and 220A. On request, we can offer models with higher capacities (400A) or round brushes in Ø42 or 60 mm. Standard brushes consist of brass plates and stainless steel wires, but we can also offer stainless steel brushes versions on request ( plates and wires). Note, this product is not suitable for explosive environments (ATEX).

These digital dynamometers are precise (0.1%) and lightweight (aluminum). Their lightness will make your task easier if you are performing Periodic Checks of lifting devices or tugboat pulling force controls. They are available in 2 versions: with an integrated display. Without display, the weight being shown on a 2.4 GHz radio remote control equipped with a 6-digit display. The radio range is 1000 m (on the front side of the dynamometer). The Lifting Operations & Lifting Equipment Regulations (LOLER) 1998 state that every lifting operation involving lifting equipment (cranes) must be "appropriately supervised". A trained & competent Crane Supervisor would be nominated by the Appointed Person. It is a legal requirement under The Lifting Operations and Lifting Equipment Regulations (LOLER) 1998 that every lifting operation is appropriately supervised The Crane Supervisor course is designed to tap-in to your existing knowledge of lifting operations and enhance it, to enable you to direct and supervise a safe lifting operation in accordance with the safe system of work. The course will also help you identify problems that may have the potential to lead to unsafe situations during a lifting operation

It is a legal requirement under The Lifting Operations and Lifting Equipment Regulations (LOLER) 1998 that every lifting operation is carried out in a safe manner. This includes use of a responsible person to guide the crane using suitable means of communication, and to securely attach the load to the crane. We have now developed a 'Foundation Plus' course which is five days in duration. This will give candidates more practical training time to give greater preparation for the CPCS Practical Test, and to enhance post-course knowledge and skills. With effect from January 19th 2015 this category has been amended to add endorsements against a range of lifting equipment types to cover the increased use of slingers for a wider variety of lifting operations.
