The ""digital watermark"" integrated into the whole packaging allows the machines in the sorting plants and the end consumer to find out more information about the packaging via an app using their smartphone. In this way, sorting plants can differentiate between food packaging and packaging for chemicals, for example, and sort them according to their intended use. Your desired article geometry can be developed individually.

Belt conveyors(also sometimes called conveyor belts) are widely used in industry (as part of various production lines), logistics (equipment for warehouses and sorting plants), construction, trade, etc. Belt conveyors are designed for horizontal transport of various bulk materials such as pellets, sawdust, wood dust, wood chips etc. They are used as devices for loading and unloading silos (just like other types of our conveyors such as chain conveyors). Depending on the requirements and purpose, belt conveyors could work with capacities from 25 m3/h to 250 m3/h. Belt conveyors consist of drive section, tension section and intermediate sections. The number of intermediate sections depends on its length. Conveyors are equipped with multi-layer conveyor belt, driven by drive section and moving on rollers. Conveyor housing is made of structural steel with Magnelis® coating. Width of conveyor depends on required capacity.

Our staff, who are specially trained and kept constantly up-to-date with the latest developments, produce special and automatic machines, production lines and industrial plants, automation and handling systems, prototypes and newly developed machines, material handling and automation systems, equipment and lines. Our LDPE regranulates are suitable for film application and are tested on our extrusion lines. Only industrial waste is used in our plant and is sorted and washed before entering the EREMA recycling line. In general, material is mixed in a homogenizing silo of 50 m3, one batch equals 23,5 tonnes. Standard delivery is in big bags (1000 - 1200 kg / BB), 23,5 t per shipment and materials are usually available within 14 days after order confirmation. We have some materials always on stock and available immediately – please always check with us.
