AV Alumitran has an automated storage system at its facilities that is unique for its dimensions (25 m high x 70 m long) with a capacity for 3,500 containers, representing a stock of some 2,500 tonnes of aluminium profiles.

Anodising is an electrolytic process used to thicken the natural oxide layer on metal parts, which protects them from aggressive external agents, thus improving durability. Aluminium can also be dyed during this process.

The aluminium extrusion process uses a press to shape a hot aluminium billet by means of compression. The profiles resulting from the billet that flows through the die at a temperature of 500ºC are laid out, cooled and stretched on a roller bed, subsequently moving towards the saw where they are cut to the desired size.

Hence, we are the only aluminium extrusion company in the Spanish capital certified according to IATF-16949 by AENOR, meaning that we can supply products directly to manufacturers in the automotive sector in Spain and abroad, which is highly relevant.

Grain silos are not isolated structures. They have steel structures that allow their support or the support of the handling equipment, structures that allow access for maintenance, the connection with the machinery or with other installations within the facility, among many other functions. -Catwalks: For equipment support and silo maintenance -Cap Support: Sits atop the silo roof and supports the catwalk, with variations based on machinery type and performance. -Lateral Support: suitable for light machinery in silos up to 24m in diameter. -Rest Platforms facilitates the supervision of connections between machinery and the silo. -Support Towers are designed to bear catwalk loads and transfer them directly to the foundation. -Elevator Towers offer stability, easy access to the catwalks and allow safer elevator maintenance.

Traktech, a specialist in handling empty bottles and vacuum equipment technology, has designed a vacuum conveyor for empty plastic bottles, offering the best handling of bottles with a minimum consumption of energy.

AESA has experience in manufacturing the following parts for UK companies: gas and liquid valves, radiators, heat exchangers, electrical material, transformer components, bronze turnbuckles for marine, fire-fighting equipment material, luxury handles for doors, etc. AESA is involved from the design phase till the surface treatment, and T6 Heat treatment. Our spacious and flexible machine park contains forging presses up to 1200Tn and many machining centres CNC, including 5 Axis machining which permit us manufacture different sizes of the series. AESA also has Rapid Tooling facilities.
