The ASCO Dry Ice Pelletizer P28i is a compact and powerful dry ice machine from our iSeries line. Having a production capacity of 280 kg/h (617 lb/h) it meets the demands for higher dry ice quantities plus quality and flexibility in the daily working process. As a model of ASCO's iSeries, it is equipped with stateoftheart remote control devices and thus is ready for a wide range of services in the areas of Remote Access, Remote Data, Remote Management. Be it for fast and efficient trouble shooting and maintenance or for gathering production and performance data the ASCO iSeries offers a wide range of possibilities to link Industry 4.0 with dry ice production. The ASCO Dry Ice Pelletizer P28i is driven by a powerful hydraulic unit featuring instant push button start. All functions are controlled by a Siemens PLC with touch screen.

Strong and slim The cylinders are the basic elements of all our hydraulic linear units and table legs. They consist of a brass tube and have a piston rod made of stainless steel. Thanks to perfected technology and precision work, our cylinders guarantee a quiet, fast and precise lift for height and tilt adjustment. With diameters of 16 and 20 mm, the slim hydraulic cylinders fit perfectly in narrow guides and existing applications. Up to ten cylinders can be controlled simultaneously. This allows the realisation of very complex designs.

Elegant and mobile The lifting castor HR combines the benefits of a castor and a levelling foot. Through the simple rotary motion of the hand crank the hydraulic oil is pressed out of the pump and flows through the hydraulic tubing into the connected lefelling foot. Mobile work and transport equipment can be fitted with the lifting castors and be converted into stable working surfaces. Up to 10 lifting castors can be driven by one hydraulic pump. Universal and compact The linear unit is both a compact and sturdy lifting element. It consists of a linear guide with cylinder. It is installed directly in or on the existing object. This means that several tables and devices can be easily fitted with a single lifting system. The linear units LA, LD and LG can be mounted with the four M5 threads on the profile or using separately available mounting plates. The Dimension 45x45 mm of the new linear unit LG fits perfectly in steel profiles 50x50 mm. The linear unit LG can withstand higher bending moments and is more stable than the linear unit LA with dimension 35x35 mm. The linear unit LH provides the stability and smooth running of the table leg TA. It is mainly used in place of the linear unit LA when large lifting distances are required. Accessories

Powerful and quiet Our Pumps The pumps PA, PB and PF represent the heart of our adjustment system. The pump PF with ist size of 65x60 mm is in comparison with the standard types PA and PB a very compact aggregate. Thanks to the flexible hose and minimum space requirements, the pumps can be installed in any position and even outside your system. This means that they can also be installed in very slim or complex units. The pumps lift weights of up to 800 kg – quietly, steplessly and completely in sync. Nova Swiss check valves ensure an ideal degree of leak-tightness for both gases and liquids thanks to the use of bonded metal/plastic seats. Our check valves are characterized by excellent flow rates and maximum reliability — both at low and high pressures. The replaceable seats allow simple and cost-efficient maintenance. Our high and low-pressure check valves are supplied complete with screw fittings.

Isostatic presses are specifically developed and manufactured by Nova Swiss Sarl in accordance to customer requirements. Cold, warm and hot presses are available for use at up to 10,000 bar and at temperatures from -20 to 2,200°C. The direct operated solenoid valve offers all the advantages of the pilot operated solenoid valve at operating pressures up to 1000 bar, but is even smaller and more compact. Here too, the focus is on cost efficiency and reliability. The direct operated 2-way on/off valve is made of stainless steel and has a monostable design (normally open or normally closed). Its flow factor (KV) is 0.006 m³/h. The direct operated normally closed solenoid valve also has a safety function. In case of a voltage drop, it closes automatically, reliably and tightly.

The ultra-compact and extremely light Nova Swiss solenoid valve is designed for hydrogen and inert gases applications for an operating pressure of up to 1000 bar. Your applications can now be realised even more cost-efficiently thanks to its minimal dimensions. The piloted 2-way on/off valve, manufactured from stainless steel, is monostable (normally open or normally closed). It features a flow coefficient KV = 0.6 m³/h. If the current drops at the solenoid coil, the normally closed valve closes reliably and tightly (safety function).

The Nova Swiss coaxial valve is a solenoid valve that is ideally suited for applications in complex systems and harsh environments. It consists entirely of stainless material and is suitable for use under the most challenging conditions (including salt spray). Its special design guarantees extreme leak-tightness. Its small footprint and low weight make it ideal for a wide range of applications.

Nova Swiss extreme-temperature valves for high-pressure and gas applications are designed to operate at temperatures ranging from -200°C to +300°C thanks to a special extension adapter.

Nova Swiss high-pressure pipes and nipples are made from stainless steel and either straightened or bent to custom angles and autofrettaged as required. They are seamless, cold drawn and hardened to ensure high strength and corrosion resistance. During the manufacturing process, the chemical composition and mechanical values of the material are tested and recorded in accordance with strict criteria.

High-pressure systems can be automated easily and effectively by using Nova Swiss valves with air-operated actuators. The valve bodies and packing systems are identical to those in the manual valves and provide the same benefits. The extremely robust and reliable air-operated piston actuator is available in two versions: ATO (air-to-open), opens with compressed air. ATC (air-to-close), closes with compressed air.

Nova Swiss needle valves offer a high degree of safety and reliability, even under challenging operating conditions. The valves can be installed in both directions and provide an effective seal for both gaseous and liquid media. The heart of the valve consists of a specially shaped valve seat and a two-piece, non-rotating stem. Erosion of the stem is thereby avoided. The pressure-resistant parts are made of high-quality, corrosion-resistant stainless steel. Every single valve body is certified by us. For applications that are subject to particularly strict quality standards, we offer complete traceability of all our pressure-bearing parts.
