Many different shapes are possible with just one mould – notwithstanding easy handling and short changeover times. The easiest way to produce a 3D room element is to use a fixed inner core with a slope. However, this approach is only suitable to elements in which the formation of a wall slope in the element is possible within the scope of the standards and static requirements. Such is the case for the design of garages or the production of transformer stations. For the production of substation elements in particular, we developed a solution that covers common types of stations, is flexible to use, and which can speed up the process in the plant.

The medium voltage switchgear with double bar system is designed for the primary distribution on the medium voltage part of transformation stations from the power distribution systems and combines the new technologies with the existing infrastructure. The medium voltage switchgear with double bar system is an indoor electrical equipment, in metallic compartments cabinet, with insulation in the air, being formed of a vacuum breaker and air bar separator.

False floors We supply different false floors for classic applications which utilise a modular unit with an integrated false floor for cables. System false floors from Betonbau are used in local substations, transfer and transformer stations and switchgear houses. These floors are particularly flexible, can be adapted to precisely suit your room and switch cabinet layout and conform to DIN VDE 0101. We can fit your floor with buoyancy protection where necessary to minimise in as far as possible the effects of an internal malfunction on operators. The module has a single output of 100 kW and a frequency range of 10 to 400 kHz allowing easy paralleling for power upgrading. The w100k400 is fed with a DC voltage between 500 to 650 VDC.The module provides all the required features needed in an induction heating power supply, and also provides a CAN Bus Communication output for the communication with a dedicated HMI. The output of the module feds directly the heating station (output transformer, capacitor bank and heating inductor).

VOLTAGE design and build power transformer stations of industrial scale

Switchboard mattings are used as insulation layer for individual and collective protection in transformer, electrical distribution stations at high-voltage workplaces or in front of electrical switchboards in buildings. The products are certified according to the European standard IEC 61111:2009 in four classes (0, 2, 3 and 4) with an operating voltage in the range from 1 000V to 36 000V. Marking is done by precuring a lengthwise marking tape covering the entire roll length. This way of marking is durable and unerasable.
