This ensures your reels are transported safely from A to B – and all the way to the packaging machine (perhaps better: further processing machine?). Our COMPACT lifter is a simple, self-explanatory lifting solution, specially developed for the printing and packaging industry. And it’s so simple: pick up the reel on the boom or the V-block, run to the machine, apply the brakes and then comfortably push the roll from the boom or V-block into the machine.

Aerolift offers a wide range of paper reel handling equipment for the complete lifting process of paper reels. At the production in full automatic paper manufacturing plants and in smaller businesses, such as the packaging and printing industry. Our lifting solutions are specially designed to use all available storage space as efficiently as possible. The paper reels are stacked with a minimum distance in between. And a stack can be as high as 15 meters. Vacuum paper roll lifter A vacuum paper roll lifter is able to lift, transport and stack paper reels easy and fast. After production, the paper reels are wrapped into a seal paper and mechanically placed upright. Next the vacuum paper roll lifter is positioned on top of the paper reel and the vacuum is activated. The boost that creates the vacuum produces a sealed paper surface which is airtight. Now the paper is ready for handling. The suction pad is placed on top of the paper reel

Transportation of all types of goods by classic towing trucks and tanks for bulk loads. Our main activity is the transport of bulk goods by vehicles silos in domestic traffice, transport register (LTL) and transport complete consignments (FTL) in domestic and international traffic. Our vehicles are also equipped with their own aggregate. We have very modern fleet - EURO6 environmmentally friwndly heavy goods vehicles with tracking devices. The fleet consists of 9 Volvo and DAF vehicles that meet the latest EURO 6 standards. We use Feldbinder silo semi-trailers (35 and 37 cubic meters) for transporting bulk cargo. For cargo transport, six Tautliner 13,6 semi-trailers with sliding roof, sliding side tarpaulin, lifting roof and extendable rear pillar and one Tautliner trailer with a recess for transporting reels.
